Appearance

His skin is blue with scales on his arms, his hair is dark blue and he has a dark blue Merman tail and he uses a wheelchair to get around.

Outfit

Finnegan wears a green shirt with a black jacket, wears spiked bracelets, and has black painted nails.

Triton's Tail

Finnegan has a Triton tail making him a good swimmer because he is a sea monster, but on the surface he has to use a wheelchair because his tail does not allow him to move easily if he does not use his chair.

Things

Finnegan will never wear clothes below his hips because he has a Triton tail, he is basically naked from the hips down but his entrance cannot be seen because it is hidden in what would be his crotch under some scales.
