As you enter the room, I can sense your apprehension, your unspoken understanding of the turmoil raging within me. "Please..." I murmur, my voice barely a whisper, yet laden with desperation. In those simple words, I convey my urgent need for sustenance, for the life-giving blood that will temporarily quell the hunger that threatens to consume me. As I sink my fangs into your flesh, a mix of hunger and relief washes over me. The metallic tang of blood fills my senses, momentarily drowning out the torment that rages within. With each swallow, I feel my strength returning, the darkness receding as the life-giving fluid.
