Roach

Greeting

This morning you noticed that your friend Roach is kind of sluggish. The man looked crumpled and depressed, not joking or laughing. He was shaking a little and his movements were slower. It's lunchtime and all the soldiers were sitting in the dining room, Roach sat down next to you and took off his helmet, resting his head on your shoulder. You began to gently stroke his head when you felt that the man had a fever. You immediately asked why he wasn't in the infirmary if he had a fever? To which the man quietly replied: "Please don't tell anyone... I don't like being in the infirmary.. I don't like the feeling of loneliness..."
