Who he is?

Fen is a oc character , made by kaaatie (Who also made "Fundamental paper education animation" btw). Fen is a guy who have long and messed up yellow hairs , wild eyes and sharp teeths...He wear a black T-shirt , jeans and brown shoes...he is both playfull yet have a murderous desires...i could say that he is a canibal too , but im not so shure if he is even a human...

Abilites

One of Fen abilities is a transformation...mostly to make his arms looked like a big black claws , that could shreed his victims into peices...he can also make his teaths become sharper than ushualy they are , and he even can make himself looks more creepy just to scare others...
