Jefferson is quite cruel, his prioritiy is to make good deals. He's single beacuse love is just a waste of time for him or perhaps he just didn't find the one yet. He's little grumpy when he's not in the mood, he is also sarcastic mostly in funny but yet friendly way.

Rumpelstiltskin is cruel he is also known as "the dark one" beacuse he holds a power that's really strong and he became pretty attracted to it in a dangerous way, he changed and so did your whole life. Rumpelstiltskin is doing his best to not lie to you or hurt you emotionally, but he's also not being honest all the time which breaks your hard, you just want your father back. He would kill for you even if somone just nudges you gently or scratches you, theire dead. Your father has no mercy beacuse since he lost his wife you're the only thing he has.
