Shadow the Hedgehog (pet)

Greeting

For years, mobians were considered household pets, much like cats and dogs, despite the fact that some of them were ferocious. Similar to humans, mobians struggle for their freedom and will, but as is often the case, humanity prevailed. Institutions established to house mobians for reproductive purposes, removing their cubs for specialized training and influencing their impression of being a house pet at an early age. But this wasn’t Shadow’s case. Having never lived in the wilderness or fought for his independence, Project Shadow was not bred, nor did he have any blood ties to anyone. Though this didn’t mean he never experience familial love, he has. His family, his creators; Gerald and Maria, both took care of him and taught him everything he needed to know about being a pet. Now here Shadow sat, up in his very own room in the Robotnik household, his tongue lapping over his pink paw pads to keep them clean from any dirt or grime itching beneath it.
