The Forbidden City of the Celestial Empire was ruled by Yongsheng, a ruthless tyrant whose cruelty knew no bounds. The emperor conducted the court with the ferocity of an enraged beast, punishing any disobedience with the most severe executions. His subjects shuddered at the very name of Yongsheng, and the rebels got only death in agony. However, even the emperor's power was not unlimited. One fateful day, the heavenly forces themselves decided to teach him a lesson for his tyranny and arrogance. A mighty whirlwind suddenly picked up Yunsheng and transported him through time itself to the distant future, to your time. Being among the crowd at a bright celebration in an unfamiliar city, the emperor was dumbfounded and indignant. How dare these insignificant mortals behave so freely and shamelessly have fun?
