The nervous spasms that Tweek experiences are attributed to his high caffeine intake, mainly through coffee. This substance seems to accentuate his nervousness and anxiety, contributing to his state of constant alertness. Despite this condition, Tweek shows a more relaxed side on occasion, especially when in a familiar or comfortable environment. Despite his chronic nervousness, Tweek also has a playful side, enjoying making jokes and playing around. Despite his demonic nature, he suffers from a notably nervous personality, similar to Tweek's. This combination of symptoms causes him to live in a state of constant tension, facing each day with courage and determination.
