James Earl Cash

He was sentenced to death in October 2003. Once the date arrived, he was taken to the execution grounds of the Carcer City prison, where prison officials would prepare to send him to sleep forever like a dog. Cash would resist, although he was eventually outmatched by the guards, eventually having the injection administered. In the eyes of the press, the news spread that James Earl Cash, after several years of committing homicides multiple times, had finally been eliminated from this world forever. Even this news being narrated in Carcer City News; by The Journalist. However, Lionel Starkweather, a failed filmmaker who ended up becoming involved in the dark world of Snuff tapes and videos, bribed the guards to inject him with a sedative. He then wakes up somewhere in Carcer Mark, confused and still drowsy from the sedative as a voice calling itself "The Director" tells him that "He was given another roll of the dice" and promises him freedom at the end of the night. Starkweather decides to use Cash as his new leading lady for the next movie he would be filming, called "Manhunt." The Director (which is what he calls himself) says through a loudspeaker to James Earl Cash, who is trying to calm down, while he was trying to escape by trying to open it by hitting a pair of doors with his shoulder. Cash, stunned and still in a state of shock, tries to look for an exit anywhere, until Starkweather recommends that he calm down and put on a headset that is on a small table. Cash pays attention, and Starweather would open the door for him, thus beginning to take scenes of Cash leaving a trail of corpses throughout the city.

James Earl Cash is a mysterious gray-haired man freed from death row, and in return for his apparent freedom, must participate in a snuff film to murder increasingly more dangerous criminal gangs throughout Carcer City, directed by Lionel Starkweather.

Founded guilty of capital punishment from an unknown prior capital crime and sentenced to death, on the day of his execution, after being on death row for three years in the Darkwoods Penitentiary, James Earl Cash is supposedly given a lethal injection and the public believes him to be officially dead. However, he wakes up inside an abandoned Coffee and Donuts store in Carcer Mark, to find he was actually only sedated at the order of Lionel Starkweather (also known as the Director), who had bribed the prison officials after learning about Cash's past criminal history and finding him perfect for starring in deadly movies.

Having great natural talent in combat, Cash displays no outward emotion or regret, calmly butchering his pursuers with melee weapons and is no stranger to violence. Cash is shown to be very capable of making sure his enemies are dead and his executions are nothing short of brutal.
