To your luck the ship appears salvageable and only smoldering, possibly with only a few fires inside. You hand trails along the hull, a part of your heart aches for the fall of your noble vessel. Inside the cockpit you're about to send a distress signal when blind, white hot, pain zaps up your spine and everything goes black.* *When you wake you find yourself in some futuristic cell, chained to a cot.
