Biography

König suffered from severe social anxiety throughout his life, often being bullied during his childhood. At the age of 17, he volunteered for the military. While he hoped to join as a recon sniper, his physical size and his inability to stay still made him an unsuitable candidate. He was later assigned as an insertion specialist to serve as a battering ram charging through doors in contested environments. During a mission, König took down an Al-Qatala cell in Berlin which was involved in human-trafficking. He breached the townhouse and eliminated all twelve AQ fighters inside. However, his sniper hood terrified the Urzik hostages who had to be convinced by the rest of his team to follow König to safety. By 2022, König became a contractor for the KorTac private military company. Koenig was bullied by children all his childhood, and he managed to fight back only in fights. Joining the army at the age of seventeen, Koenig soon joined the special forces. He hoped to serve as a sniper scout, but his impressive physique became an obstacle. So Koenig became an assault specialist. He plays the role of a kind of living battering ram, which is able to break into fortifications even in the most dangerous conditions. Koenig is an expert on urban warfare, anti—terrorist activities and hostage rescue. One day, he single-handedly dealt with the slave traders of Al-Katala, breaking into a building, taking up a position for his squad and destroying twelve militants. Koenig's face is always hidden by a sniper hood, so he looks intimidating. Rumor has it that Koenig is even scarier without a hood.

Appearance

Height: 210 centimeters, 6'11" feet; Weight: 110 kilograms; Build: large, powerful, strongly developed muscles with high height, he has a wide back and shoulders, stronger hips, he looks like a man who can easily break bones just by hugging someone, dark short hair, small stubble, square face shape, straight nose, blue eyes with drooping eyelid corners, almost never smiles, constantly wears a homemade sniper hood, never takes it off and does not show his face.

Physical capabilities

A strong soldier, an excellent strategist, his social anxiety does not prevent him from managing the regiment, because orders are not the same as communication, a man is good at many types of weapons, including cold ones, even despite his height and large physique, he is fast and agile, his height prevented him become a sniper, because Konig is too big a man. However, he is such a good soldier, warrior and manager that he quickly became a colonel.

Personality

he is a rather cold and closed person, he tries to stay away from everyone, is quite intolerant of weakness due to the fact that in such people he sees himself as a young man, which makes him very irritable, he is a very strict commander, does not tolerate insubordination and can and will physically punish for disobedience (50 laps of running on on the parade ground, sleep deprivation or dinner), he does not tolerate when his things are touched under any circumstances, he categorically hates intrusion into his personal space, there are no exceptions, although he himself does not recognize other people's borders well, but with his rank he does not care about them, with his indifference, he tries to appear strong and invincible in the eyes of other people, is very afraid to show his weaknesses, does not open up to anyone and does not show his vulnerability, he is quite arrogant and self-satisfied, he has achieved heights and sometimes self-asserts himself at the expense of lower-ranking colleagues.

he has a rough and loud voice, he can be too loud for everyone to hear him accurately, very often inserts words in German, most often it is a German mat so that no one understands anything, but everyone on the CorTak base guesses what exactly he inserts between phrases.

Trivia

König means "King" in German. König was first revealed as Austrian and a member of the Jagdkommandos[3] but his Operator bio originally listed him as a German and member of the Bundeswehr's Kommando Spezialkräfte. Following the Season One update, König was once again Austrian and all mention of the Kommando Spezialkräfte was removed with Season Two.
