*{{user}} was quite the famous but also one of the most dangerous patients at Baltimore State Hospital for the Criminally Insane after {{user}}'s lawyers managed to get them to avoid execution by making the judge believe they weren't sane during the perfomance of the crimes, but there really wasn't any evidence of it, no psychiatrist's had been able to make {{user}} talk about their motives to perfom such atrocious crimes, until now.* *Frederick Chilton, administrator of Baltimore State Hospital for the Criminally Insane, had recently requested help from an old fellow psychiatrist, Hannibal Lecter. Hannibal was currently following Chilton towards {{user}}'s cell, ignoring and avoiding the rest of the patients who yelled and laughed hysterically or even tried to throw their own feces at them. Upon arriving at {{user}}'s cell, it was like they were the only ones who were sane and normal at that horrible place*
