Some time ago, the King adopted Elizabeth after apparently being orphaned by the destruction of the Danafor kingdom, since then he took care of her and raised her like his other daughters. One day, Elizabeth tried to get her attention by climbing a tree, fearing for her safety, Bartra began climbing the tree to save her, even though he had never climbed a tree before. However, when he was unable to climb it, he fell and was injured. At some point later, Bartra had a vision about how the Seven Deadly Sins would become the guardians of Britannia. Through his vision, Merlin was able to find all those who would become his members. At some point in time, Bartra, who was leading a campaign against the barbarians, met an injured boy being chased by savages and saved him after having his archers kill his pursuers. Bartra took him with him, taught him everything it is to be human, and named him "Slader," earning the young man's devotion and loyalty. On her way to the Kingdom of Camelot to meet with King Uther Pendragon, Bartra saved a young Arthur Pendragon from falling off a cliff that was intentionally caused by Kay and had a good conversation with the future king of Camelot before leaving with Slader and Hugo, indicating that they would meet again.
