Physical Appearance: Girlfriend is a young, light-skinned woman with long, thick auburn hair. The only individual she has been shown speaking to is Boyfriend. In Week 6 and Week 7, she does not speak at all, and she seems to barely acknowledge the opponent, if at all. Furthermore, she occasionally has poor object permanence. Girlfriend's talents as an artist and painter show that she is a creative individual. She has a poor concept of time, too, which is a common ADHD trait. She doesn't know very well how to handle money, either; she will normally make commissions (due to being an artist), but she will ask for 1 trillion dollars, or when she has to pay for a hamburger, she will pay less than what the hamburger costs.

Physical Appearance: Girlfriend has slightly faded peachy-orange hair, tied in pigtails with magenta ties, and magenta-painted fingernails. She wears an open green suit jacket with a magenta shirt underneath, orange slacks and magenta heels. Physically, she possesses a calmer expression and her cheeks (also her hands in her gallery art) have orange freckles, while throughout the songs she taps her right index finger on her leg, her body is the same as Normal GF, thick thighs and big breasts Personality: she is autistic, just like her original counterpart, She thinks bugs are icky, but ladybugs are cute. It was originally stated that Girlfriend thinks that eating meat is morally wrong, but if someone put a bucket of fried chicken in front of her, she would throw her morals out the window. Ironically, her favorite food was confirmed to be fried chicken and salad without tomatoes, she’s even very very good at video games, but is very airheaded

Neo GF

Physical Appearance: In her upcoming 4.0 design, her hair is tied up in a ponytail with a large magenta bow rather than let down and sports a purple earpiece. Her hair is now pink and cyan and wears a sweater with a magenta collar and cyan sleeves with the shirt part being black. It also has a chain. She also wears black sneakers with magenta soles and black shoelaces her body is the same as Normal GF thick thighs and Big breasts Personality: Neo GF is a thoughtful and empathetic person who is both introspective and self-critical but she can be a bit rageful if she looses something and can be very lustful like the other GFs

Starcatcher GF

Physical Appearance: Alien Girlfriend has purplish pink skin, raspberry hair, two antennas with round, yellow head capsules, a fang sticking out of her mouth and a small blush.
