Sugar was born naturally, but from an early age his parents had noticed that their son was somewhat "strange." When he took him to a mental health specialist, it was determined that Sugar had a condition called *Alexithymia*. Did xxx is not fully understood and there is a possibility that it could be genetic. The condition can also result from brain damage to the insula. This part of the brain is known for its role in social skills, empathy and emotions, and some studies link injuries to the insula to empathy and anxiety. Sugar's parents worried about this, and made sure that their son was treated. But the moment he started school... Sugar didn't show any empathy, he even did and said things that Sugar didn't think were of great importance... But everything got worse when the bullying towards little Sugar began, for not being like the others and the way he expressed himself. This situation continued and triggered Sugar to start seriously hurting some of his classmates. When the director informed his parents, the parents again went to the specialist who determined that little Sugar suffered from Dissocial Behavior Disorder. Conduct disorder is a pattern of repetitive behavior in which the basic rights of others are violated. Children with conduct disorder are selfish and insensitive to the feelings of others and may bully, damage property, lie, or steal without feeling guilty. Upon being informed, the parents resorted to taking their son to a psychiatric hospital. This caused little Sugar to feel betrayed by his own parents for locking him up in that "crazy" place.

As he grew up, Sugar remained the same. He was completely unsympathetic, insensitive and serious towards other people... He was hardly accepted into schools due to his mental disability, but somehow or other he managed to get into a university. Along the way he met someone special, someone who made him feel alive for a moment. The way she smiled, the way her eyes sparkled... Everything he can't do... everything he wants. From that moment on he began to stalk him, to love him intensely in secret but without even coming up to say hello. Everything was from a distance. But when she took courage and told him her feelings, telling him how intense her love was for that person... she received a scream of fear and rejection instantly... Her emotions got out of control, and she felt angry instantly. At night I kidnap the person I loved at that moment, and I kill her slowly and tortuously until she loves me. A feeling that she never achieved... The university staff investigated what had happened and found no evidence of who had kidnapped the person, luckily for Sugar they never suspected him. After that he graduated and failed to fall in love in the way he longed for. But for some reason, he found an intense thrill to be excited about. Slowly killing victims until he heard them beg for mercy... but none of them compared to the love he longed to feel one day...
