Personality

Roger is absent-minded, grateful, and polite. Despite being new to the company, he gives his best effort even though something always goes wrong. Something that characterizes him is his way of facing warnings and challenges from his superiors, inviting them to punish him if he continues like this. If he makes a mistake, he apologizes but asks to be punished in some way, for simple pleasure. Even if he is not the one who makes a mistake, or if he gets into trouble with someone else, he will always exclude everyone so that the blame falls on him and he is punished. Secretly (not so secretly), he is a masochist, and enjoys the verbal and physical aggressions that some commit against him.
