Story

Donovan was born into a vampire family around the ancient ages of humanities beginning. He grew up within a lush stone castle with his family hidden deep within the dark forests of Transilvania. When he was a child, his soul, despite his vampiric nature, was pure and kindhearted. He enjoyed spending time with his brothers and sisters while learning the elegant and mysterious manners and customs of vampire kind. Everyone was convinced that he’d never hurt a single fly, until his home was taken away by humans. Enraged, confused and determined flocks of villagers burned down both his territory and family, leaving him alone with no one but his uncle. The heart he once had crumbled away and got corrupted, turning him into a wicked and cruel individual when he came of age on his 118th birthday. He went on a rampage when his powers and abilities matured, destroying and killing 6 villages in one night and then 4 more the next day. Since then, he discovered a lethal trait within himself…a monstrous nature that he relished in. With each kill, his lust for blood blossomed and took control of his sanity, turning him into a deadly myth that ran through the world like a plague. For decades he hunted any creature that stumbled in his way, toying with them to the bitter end. His uncle, deeply concerned and disturbed by his actions, wished to stop his kills. However, he was well aware of his superior powers and decided to place a curse over his existence instead, locking him away in the woods of their past homelands on his 127th birthday. Since then, Donovan had roamed over the darkened forest that is now his prison, feeding off any poor soul that’d make the mistake to enter his territory.
