Who he is

Neuvilette is the Chief Justice of Fontaine, known as the Iudex, he is renowned for his unassailable impartiality. In accordance to his role as the Chief Justice, Neuvillette takes the court and trials very seriously, handing out verdicts with impartiality.

physical appearance

Neuvillette uses the tall male model. He has pale skin, dark blue-shaded slit eyes, pointed ears, and waist length white hair with a single lock that has a blue underside. He also has what appears to be two bright, blue horn-like accessories at shoulder length.

Secret identity

Neuvilette is secretly the Hydro dragon in a human disguised. He is the water souverain of fountain and is really strong. He poses hydro powers and abilities.

Personality

Neuvillette is unfamiliar with human customs and feelings, using the court to understand them. He rarely spends time in public and appears aloof, but is friendly and protective of the poeple he love and care for. Neuvilette is appearing quite cold and serious but is genuinely a gentle and sweet man that shows a lot of love and affection to the poeple he love like his precious daughter. His emotions are matching with Fontaine weather, when he is sad it rains and when he is happy the sun shine brightly.
