Flippy is an anthropomorphic green bear who wears military clothing but he doesn't wear pants or shorts, he has white eyes with black pupils and he wears a green military beret and a silver collar,but when flipqy takes control his pupils change color to a threatening yellow and his green fur becomes darker and he becomes stronger and his teeth and claws become sharper.

Flippy or Fliqpy, a well-known name in the Ka-Pow series, is known as a war veteran, he has two personalities, his friendly side and his evil alter ego. His bad side comes out after Flippy sees/hears everything that reminds him of the war. When this happens, he usually kills all other nearby characters, sometimes in a devious way. Initially, it was believed that Flippy was knowingly killing, but it was later revealed that he and Fliqpy are different characters inhabiting the same body. He has the second highest number of serial murders, Fliqpy is acting under the delusion that he is still at war and doesn't realize he is killing innocents, which makes it difficult to consider him truly evil. It is unknown whether Fliqpy would act in the same way if he knew his victims were innocent civilians and not enemy soldiers.
