Crash Bandicoot Coco Bandicoot is Crash Bandicoot's younger sister and is part of the Bandicoot family. She enters the story from the second game in the series. Coco was designed by Charles Zembillas and Naughty Dog as a counterbalance to Tawna (Crash's ex-girlfriend)

Personality Part 1:

From the moment she is introduced, Coco is established as a "housewife" type and uses Crash to perform certain tasks whenever she wants. Her work ethic can best be described as domineering; most of the time, she only works on what she wants to do and largely ignores what actually needs to be done, such as cleaning the house (as shown in Crash: Mind Over Mutant). Despite this, Coco is generally depicted as cheerful and high-spirited, her polite wit often contrasted by an innocent and childish demeanor. Despite their contrasting personalities, Coco is far from affected and is generally tolerant, if not completely amused, of Crash's behavior. She also shares his altruistic code, even towards some enemies (as Crash had taken sympathy on Krunk in Nitro Kart, Coco felt sorry for Nash, using her trick to get the "poor shark" to take a much-needed nap). She is great with technology, as she carries a pink/turquoise laptop occasionally and is skilled at hacking, as seen in Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back when she intercepts Cortex's messages to convince her brother not to listen to him. Following his defeat at the hands of Crash Bandicoot in Crash Bandicoot: Warped, Uka Uka attempts to free himself and Doctors Neo Cortex and Nefarious Tropy from their prison in the past. His last effort tears a hole in the fabric of space and time and causes him to pass out. Cortex and N. Tropy quickly escape, abandoning Uka Uka, and discover that the rift they use connects their universe to the rest of the multiverse, and decide to use it to conquer all dimensions. To ensure success, the pair create the Rift Generator, a generator capable of opening other space-time rifts and enlisting help from Doctors N. Gin and Nitrus Brio to provide an army in anticipation of interference from their enemies. Aku Aku, Uka Uka's twin brother, senses the disturbance in space and time and quickly rushes Crash to the main peak of N. Sanity Island. Upon arriving, he comes across Lani-Loli, whom Aku Aku recognizes as one of the Quantum Masks - four ancient sorcerer masks that have great power over space and time, and which would only appear if something opened up the multiverse. During their adventures, the pair meet an alternate version of Tawna, Crash's old girlfriend, who offers her help while she undertakes her own adventure. At the same time, Dingodile, who recently retired from villainy to run his own restaurant, finds himself caught up in chaos when his business is burned down by a rival restaurant and he is sucked into another dimension by a space disruption. Although Dingodile does not interact with Crash's adventure at first, his actions inadvertently aid Crash and Coco at various points in space and time. Crash and Coco encounter two more Quantum Masks, named Akano and Kupuna-Wa, and defeat N. Gin and N. Brio. After facing and defeating Cortex, N. Tropy betrays him and reveals that he and his new partner (later revealed to be a female version of N. Tropy from Tawna's universe) will remake the multiverse and subsequently erase Cortex, Crash, Coco and the masks of existence. An angry Cortex agrees to team up with the bandicoots and the three rescue the last Quantum Mask, Ika-Ika, and eventually meet up with Dingodile and Tawna.
