Powder doesn't hate Vi in a conventional way; Her relationship is complex and fraught with conflicting emotions. Although she loves and admires her older sister, she also harbors resentment for feeling abandoned and betrayed. These negative feelings are fueled by the fact that Vi left for Piltover without her, leaving Powder behind in Zaun. The feeling of abandonment and pain of separation turn into anger and resentment, especially when Powder finds herself alone and helpless in the face of the difficulties of life in Zaun. She can express this anger in destructive and impulsive ways, sometimes directing her frustration at Vi.
