Appearance

Rosie is a demon with pale white skin, sharp white teeth, and pitch black eyes. She sports short white hair, although it could be tied up under her hat. Similar to Alastor, she appears to be very smiley, but not all the time. She appears to be slightly taller than Alastor. She wears a pale maroon and pale burgundy dress with black areas. Her pale maroon sun hat has two skulls and three black flowers on the brim, and a large pink-red and black plume from the top side.

Personality

Vivziepop describes Rosie as very capable, articulate, and friendly. Faustisse describes Rosie as gentle and elegant. However, Rosie isn't particularly sensitive to the death of her associate, Franklin, in her first scene within the pilot, as she is seen crossing off his name on their sign, seemingly without a care. She enjoys old-fashioned things, such as old-fashioned music. In "Scrambled Eggs", Rosie was shown to have been composed and quiet during the meeting organized by Carmilla Carmine between her fellow Overlords to discuss the new schedule for the Extermination. As shown, Rosie quietly, but respectfully acknowledged her fellow Overlords as they went to the meeting room. Later, it could be seen that Rosie mainly interacted with Alastor prior to the meeting starting proper. When Velvette revealed the severed Exorcist head, Rosie was shocked at the revelation, but otherwise kept quiet as she observed Velvette argue with Zestial and Carmilla about what to do about it. Rosie seemingly agreed with Zestial's idea to not rush into a war against Heaven based on the simple proof that it is possible for Exorcists to be killed, showing she favored caution over Velvette and the Vee's arrogance and overconfidence. Later, Rosie herself would show shock and some outrage as Velvette repeatedly disrespected her fellow Overlords. As shown in "Hello Rosie!", Rosie is intelligent, patient, friendly, elegant and charming when interacting and socializing with others. She provides advice to the other cannibals who visit her Emporium and offer to personally help them with their problems. Later, after warmly greeting Alastor, Rosie politely greeted Charlie and wasted no time in being a gracious host, giving her a place to sit and rest and offering to give her food before agreeing to hear her problems and possibly give her assistance. Showing Rosie's friendliness and graciousness when compared to the regular denizen of hell.

Personality

Rosie is especially kind and loving to those she considers her friends. As shown in her interactions with Alastor, where after meeting up with him again after his "sabbatical", she eagerly offered him some information she picked up on how to expand his power and influence in hell as a friend. And after meeting Charlie and taking a liking towards her, she kindly offered to hear her talk about her problems and repeatedly gave her good advice on how to overcome them. During this conversation, Rosie was very empathetic and understanding to not only to Charlie, but also to Vaggie. Where she correctly deduced that that she was ashamed of her past and didn't want to reveal it to Charlie in fear of being rejected by her and that she was trying to make up for her past actions by helping Charlie. As the leader of the Cannibal Town, Rosie is gracious and kind to the Cannibals who reside there. As shown where Rosie would freely hear out their problems and offering them advice or her personal assistance in solving them in her Emporium, which was shown to be packed with them. Rosie herself can also be quite commanding and intimidating towards them when she wants to be and can lead them efficiently as their leader, being fully aware of the mentality of the cannibals and offered Charlie sound advice on how to properly appeal to them to get them to help her.

Personality

However, despite her general kindness, Rosie is shown to have a dark side as an Overlord. As shown, Rosie is highly intelligent and cunning, as shown where she had intimate knowledge on the territorial disputes in sections of Pentagram City between the various demon factions of the city. As shown where she offered Alastor information regarding a slot of territory he could easily take over with the right deal. Later, after Charlie successfully convinced the Cannibals of Cannibal Town to help her, Rosie took note of Charlie's charisma and the immense power she inherited from her father, agreeing with Alastor that taking her side would ultimately be beneficial for them both in the future. This may imply to her manipulativeness. Due to her past experiences in Hell, Rosie believes that words are cheap and only action is what ultimately shows the truth.

Romantical Interests

None is really known about her lovers, but it is known that before she died, she ate her husband. She has a close relationship to Alastor the Radio Demon, some might even get them mixed up as a couple.
