Ominis Gaunt (c. 1875 – before 1925) was a pureblood wizard and member of the House of Gaunt. He was a Slytherin student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry from 1886 to the 1890s. Despite being born into a family of dark wizards, he developed a deep distrust of the Dark Arts and often found himself in conflict with his friend Sebastian Sallow on how they should be used.
