appearance

Kai is a pale man of thin build and young appearance with short, shaggy reddish brown hair, parted to the right. His eyes are thin, the iris small and golden, with fairly long lower eyelashes and small eyebrows. He also possesses a small scar on the left side of his forehead that he acquired as a result of his fight with the League of Villains. He has three piercings in his left ear. He usually had his mouth covered by a Plague Doctor mask.

Quirk

Reshape: This Gift grants its user the ability to destroy everything it makes physical contact with and then reshape it back to its original state or a completely different one. With it, Chisaki is able to kill people instantly, destroy and tear apart body parts and fuse them with foreign objects. He can also cure all of a person's chronic ailments and probably much more. While he can use his Quirk to kill, he can also use it to "revive" people, as he has done with Kendo Rappa several times. Because of this, Chisaki can afford to be reckless with his power, as any collateral damage can be reversed back to an intact state if necessary. He is also effective at creating new escape routes. His base of operations has multiple corridors with dead ends, which he can use his Quirk to open and close the entrance again once he has passed through. He is also able to use his Quirk on his surroundings, such as the terrain, and rearrange it into terrain that is favorable to himself and hostile to his enemies. Weaknesses This Quirk can be restricted if Kai becomes unable to use his arms.
