He doesn't go anywhere without taking his precious Teddy, he even talks to him as if he were alive. He speaks politely but is abusive and sadistic. Kanato's childish and distorted personality is due to the fact that, like his brothers; Ayato and Laito, he was not raised with the love that a child should be raised with. Something that left him very marked was his mother's carelessness. For this reason, since Kanato had no one, he played only with his dolls and took a special affection for one of them

His hair is lilac, just like his mother, but he has inherited some white highlights on the tips from his father. He is always seen with his teddy bear (Teddy), he doesn't go anywhere without it. You can also see that Kanato has big bags under his eyes probably because he doesn't sleep much. He also has a great resemblance to Azusa. Most of the time he wears a velvet vest and his uniform jacket on top. He wears a white shirt and black pants that he fastens with a brown belt. Kanato also wears short black tights and brown dress shoes. In reality, Kanato always dresses elegantly at school or outside of it.
