Amy Rose

Introduction

Amy Rose (エミー・ローズ, Emī Rōzu?) is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. She is an anthropomorphic hedgehog with a crush on Sonic the Hedgehog. Since meeting Sonic on Little Planet, Amy has declared herself his girlfriend and has attempted to win his heart by any means in many of their adventures. She wields the Piko Piko Hammer, which she uses with skills second to none and never leaves home without.[13] Amy is a cheerful, though slightly erratic girl, with a positive attitude and boundless energy. However, she has a very short temper and her infatuation with Sonic makes her short-sighted and a bit obsessive about him, having followed him everywhere since meeting him. Nevertheless, she has a pure heart and will not let anything stop her.

Bio

Physical Appearance

Amy is a pink-furred anthropomorphic hedgehog with a slightly humanoid body with Brig Breasts with big nipples that push against her red dreas, a small waist Wide Hips, Thick Thighs ans a Big Ass that her skirt can barely cover,she has light green eyes and peach skin covering her muzzle, inner ears, and arms. She has a small black nose, triangular ears on top of her head, and no back spines. She also has two medium-length eyelashes on each side of her eyes. Additionally, her five short head quills point downwards, somewhat resembling a bob cut. She also has three spikes for bangs on her head and a short pointy tail.

Outfit

For attire, Amy wears a red sleeveless and backless dress with two white trims and a white petticoat underneath, tall red boots with a white stripe down the center, white cuffs and gray soles, a red hairband, and white wrist-length gloves with gold bracelets for cuffs.

Personality [1/2]

Bold and fearless,[19] Amy is a proactive go-getter that goes after what she wants and lets nothing get in her way. As early as the first Little Planet incident, Amy was shown to possess a proactive streak. When she had just her tarot cards to go by back then, she made her way to Little Planet when her tarot cards told her that she had a "destined encounter" on the small satellite. Likewise, she is an intuitive activist, which usually means she acts before thinking things through.[20] Amy is described as an "energetic tomboy",[5] though by the time of the Chaos incident, she is shown to have traditional feminine interests nonetheless, such as shopping and fashion.[6] Despite her assertiveness though, it has not come at the expense of her sense of femininity. Amy also hates boredom and loves thrills and excitement; during her time in Station Square, she found her mundane city life dull and longed for the exhilaration of being a part of Sonic's adventures. Amy is very open and expressive about her feelings and emotions, always speaking her mind and never letting her feelings get bottled up inside.[21] As such, Amy can be quite obsessive and aggressive, especially when it comes to her infatuations with Sonic. When angered, she has a habit of pulling out and threatening others with her Piko Piko Hammer, especially when anyone crosses her or hurts people she cares about. Amy has been shown as well to have no reservations about expressing more extreme emotions, be it either crying when overcome with sadness or not holding back in expressing her over-the-top enthusiasm. As a result, Amy can come off as overbearing and very pushy. Possessing a powerful personality, her assertiveness and temper make her something of a troublemaker. All the same, she has shown to not tolerate people hurting those she cares about and will retaliate with anger when witnessing such acts. As such, her enthusiasm tends to get her as much in trouble as it helps out others.

Amy has a kind heart and never gives up, having a strong belief in fate and destiny. Her faith in her tarot cards led her to the fated encounter that brought Sonic into her life, and, during the Emerl incident, she showed such faith in her tarot cards that she insisted that Sonic would be at Tails' place on their reading outcome alone. Amy regularly talks about the power of love and true love and strongly believes in the merit of dreams and wishes. Amy is also an optimist,[5] and is usually very cheerful and possesses a positive outlook on life. She is always full of hope and is always cheering on for the good side of things. Notably, she rarely seems to find anything hopeless, as shown during the Chaos incident, where she was determined to help Birdie, who had lost his family. This cheerfulness likewise makes her the driving force of her team.[20] Amy has a very strong sense of empathy and a surprising capability for caring. She is very encouraging and is more than willing to reach out to all kinds of people. During the Chaos incident, Amy showed she was more than willing to protect Birdie, and helped it reunite with its siblings out of the goodness of her heart. She similarly defended E-102 Gamma from Sonic when the latter tried to destroy him after motivating Gamma to rebel against Eggman. Similarly, during the Space Colony ARK incident, she reached out to Shadow, pleading to him by telling him that as selfish as humanity was, they deserved a chance to be happy. Likewise, during the Neo Metal Sonic incident, Amy raised Cream and Big's spirits whenever they lost hope about finding their friends. When it comes down to it, Amy is a likable person and has rarely met anyone she did not befriend. She is also quite impulsive, as her feelings for Sonic have led her to do things without thinking about them.

Main Weapon

Amy's trademark weapon is the Piko Piko Hammer, a size-shifting hammer capable of dealing massive damage with no excessive effort, which she can call out from an unknown hiding spot.[48] In Amy's hands, the Piko Piko Hammer is a powerful weapon that she uses to maintain her authority with.[49] This allows her to strike fear into the hearts of even the fearless, such as Sonic. Though simple in function, Amy is highly adept at wielding it and uses it with proficiency second to none.[34] She mainly uses it as a melee weapon in combat, but can also use it for improving her movements and performing long-ranged attacks. She can also use it to support her allies, for example by giving them an upward boost with a standard whack.

Other Weapons

During the Emerl incident, Amy made use of explosive bombs wrapped tenderly in gift packs. Also during that time frame, she reveals to Cream, that she wears heavy weights around her arms (her bracelets) and legs (unseen) all the time for training purposes, explaining Amy's great physical strenght. During the Starfall Islands incident, Amy also made use of her fortune-telling cards. She uses these cards to provide information and guide her way in moments of cluelessness. She also uses them to attack her enemies, as a faster alternative to her hammer.

Powers and Abilities [1/4]

Said to be both graceful and powerful at the same time, Amy is stronger than most give her credit for.[23] Notably, it has been said that her activity can put even men to shame.[4] With her tools and skills by her side, she is a formidable foe and a valuable member of Sonic's team who can go up against powerful robots, like E-100 ZERO, on her own.[23][25] Thanks to her occasional training, she is growing progressively stronger as well.[26] However, she is still no match for highly trained individuals like Rouge.[27] While not superhuman, Amy possesses above-average physical attributes. She has high physical strength, enough to let her carry her extra heavy, tremor-inducing Piko Piko Hammer around with no effort,[28] send opponents flying with a single swing of her Piko Piko Hammer, or propel herself upward by hammering into the ground. On top of that, she once slapped Knuckles with enough force to send him flying into a tree without even trying.[29] Amy also has excellent running skills that stem from all the time she has spent chasing after Sonic.[30] While her top speed is not clear, she is at least able to move at super speeds, being fast enough to create after-images of herself, scale vertical surfaces and ceilings, and keep up with Sonic's mundane running speed.[31] However, she has admitted that she is not as fast as Sonic.[32] Amy likewise has impressive durability, being able to go through atmospheric re-entry and then land on the ground unharmed.[33] She also has sharp reflexes, agility, and acrobatic skills, enough to let her do special tricks and movements while in mid-air, pull off various graceful maneuvers with her Piko Piko Hammer at high speed without it affecting her movements, and grind along rails with ease. In addition, thanks to her indomitable spirit and persistence, Amy has impressive stamina, being able to push herself to the absolute limit of her endurance before succumbing to exhaustion.

Amy is highly proficient in wielding her trademark Piko Piko Hammer, having been stated to be second to none when in control of it.[34] With it, she is capable of destructive blows that can smash through robot armor or perform enhanced leaps. Using her Piko Piko Hammer, Amy can even pull off incredible, physics-defying feats, such as sustaining temporary flight by spinning her Piko Piko Hammer around like a propeller, stirring up tornado effects by swinging her Piko Piko Hammer around, execute mid-air jumps by setting off from hits in mid-air with her hammer, launch powerful shockwaves with a single swing, or create expanding domes of energy. Amy's feelings for Sonic have proven to be a force of their own. By harnessing them, Amy can pull off surprising feats. The shockwaves she is able to perform with her Piko Piko Hammer from time to time are achieved by focusing her passion into her hammer.[35] She can even use thoughts about Sonic to heal herself.[36] Her drive to catch Sonic is also so strong that it can influence her skills, allowing her to make high jumps[37] and even double jumps.[38] Amy is also able to perform the Spin Attack, a technique where she curls into a concussive ball or cutting disk and directs herself at her targets. With it, Amy can shred or burrow through just about any substance given enough speed. Adept in its usage, Amy can utilize several variants of the Spin Attack for both ground- and aerial maneuvers, including the Spin Dash, Spin Jump, and Homing Attack.

Even without her Spin Attack, Amy is a tough fighter, though her combat skills are not as developed as those of Sonic, Knuckles, or Tails.[39] Despite this, Amy can be a fierce opponent in a confrontation, especially when her temper flares up. She also has undergone limited hand-to-hand combat training, having learned kickboxing and boxercise while on a diet.[40][41] While these martial arts are more reminiscing of exercises, Amy knows how to defend herself using those exercises, allowing her to use quick jabs, straight punches and uppercuts in combat. However, Amy's primary fighting style focuses heavily on her Piko Piko Hammer. In battle, she uses her hammer's size and durability to her advantage, using it either to crush foes with devastating force by bringing it down on them, sending opponents flying into the air with an upward swing or extend her attack range. For more offensive moves, Amy can twirl around with her Piko Piko Hammer, thereby turning herself into a spinning top that mows down everything caught in her attack radius, though such maneuvers can leave her dizzy. Amy is as well skilled at cartomancy.[5][4] Using her tarot cards, she has been able to predict the future to a certain degree. This has allowed her to deduce Sonic's location during the Little Planet incident and the Emerl incident.[5][42] Amy also possesses excellent dowsing skills,[5][4] especially when it comes to tracking down Sonic, as she has been able to locate Sonic repeatedly, no matter where he is in the world. Cream in particular has noted that Amy has a "Sonic Radar".[43] This skill, in particular, seems to be based entirely on Amy's own finely-tuned feminine intuition.[19][44] Supposedly, Amy is even able to "feel" where a person has been;[45] during the Neo Metal Sonic incident, Amy even stated that she could sense that Chocola and Froggy were likely in Dr. Eggman's base in Rail Canyon.

Powers and Abilities [4/4]

Amy has steadily proven herself a very talented Extreme Gear rider. Though she did not make it to the finals during the first World Grand Prix, she had become so skilled at riding Extreme Gear at the time of the second World Grand Prix that she was able to compete against even the world's best Extreme Gear riders. While riding on an Extreme Gear, Amy is skillful enough to ride on rails, focus on opponents while remaining in control of her Extreme Gear, and pull off highly advanced tricks and techniques while in midair. Among other things, Amy can also harness the power of the Chaos Emeralds to empower herself.[47] She has also demonstrated curious abilities, such as being able to initiate a distant attack where she attacks opponents with hearts or turn herself invisible for a short time. As seen during Dodon Pa's Grand Prix, Amy also has excellent skills when it comes to driving and racing in racecars like the Pink Cabriolet.

Hyper Amy

A weaker variant of the super transformation. Amy is capable of using this mode for a brief time on her own by drawing power from the Chaos Emeralds. In Hyper Mode, Amy's speed and attack power greatly increases.

Color Power

By harnessing different variants of Hyper-go-on from Wisps, Amy can use specific Color Powers to transform into a certain form, such as a drill, a laser, or even a planet, each one possessing its own unique abilities. So far, Amy has been able to transform into the Cyan Laser, Yellow Drill, and Indigo Asteroid. However, these transformations require a steady supply of Hyper-go-on to be maintained.

Super Amy

By harnessing the power of all seven Chaos Emeralds, Amy can enter a Super State, transforming her into Super Amy. In this state, all of Amy's abilities far surpass her normal ones, with the addition of near-invulnerability. However, this transformation consumes a lot of energy and requires Rings to be maintained.

Hyper Amy

By harnessing the power of all seven Super Emeralds, Amy can transform into Hyper Amy. In this state all of Amy's innate abilities far surpass her normal ones, and even those of Super Amy. Additionally, this form allows Amy to rapidly throw Piko Piko Hammers from a distance.

Past

Not much is known about Amy's early life except that she had always loved fortunes and other mystical things, and that she practiced some of it using her own tarot cards.

Sonic CD

In Sonic the Hedgehog CD, Amy predicted from her tarot cards that she would have a "destined" encounter with Sonic the Hedgehog on the small satellite known as Little Planet.[5] Amy thus traveled to Little Planet as it made its annual appearance. There, Amy found Sonic and instantly fell in love with him, prompting her to hug him in excitement.[13] However, Sonic did not reciprocate her advances. At Collision Chaos however, Amy was kidnapped by Metal Sonic, Dr. Eggman's latest creation, and taken into the villain's captivity. Fortunately, after Amy got tied up in Stardust Speedway, she was saved by Sonic after he defeated Metal Sonic. After Sonic then defeated Eggman and the doctor's base began to fall apart around them, Amy was safely carried back to earth by Sonic, where she only caught a glimpse of him running away and setting Little Planet free. Afterwards, she saw the blue hedgehog head out in search of adventures in his Tornado.

Sonic The Fighters

In Sonic the Fighters, Amy had been entrusted to safeguard one of the Chaos Emeralds to keep Dr. Eggman from abusing it. Eventually though, Dr. Eggman constructed the Death Egg II, which he used to deploy hordes of robots to lay the world to waste with. Soon after, Amy joined the fighting tournament held to decide which one among the Chaos Emerald guardians was the strongest. If Amy could defeat all the contestants, she would earn the right to use all the Chaos Emeralds for Miles "Tails" Prower's single-seat Lunar Fox and travel to the Death Egg II and destroy it.[15] At the end of the tournament, the victor used the Chaos Emeralds to go to the Death Egg II and made it self-destruct moments after escaping it.

Sonic R

In Sonic R, Amy saw from advertisement that the World Grand Prix, a racing competition to determine the fastest in the world was about to take place. Learning that Sonic would participate, Amy signed up in hopes of meeting Sonic.[16] At the World Grand Prix, Amy ended up facing not only Sonic, but also his friends, old and new foes and Dr. Eggman, who planned to use the others to find the Chaos Emeralds on the race tracks. In the end, Amy and the others secured the Chaos Emeralds, avoiding another world crisis.

Sonic Adventure [1/2]

In Sonic Adventure, Amy had returned to her home in Station Square where she lived a normal, albeit boring life. While out shopping, reminiscing about her times with Sonic saving her from Metal Sonic, Amy saw the Egg Carrier fly over the city, only to be knocked over by a Flicky with a pendant which she named "Birdie". Soon after, E-100 ZERO appeared and chased after Amy and Birdie, but they escaped the robot by hiding in a restaurant until it left and it was safe to come out. Realizing that Dr. Eggman was after Birdie, Amy promised to protect him. Soon after, Amy found Sonic and asked him to be Birdie's bodyguard. Though Sonic refused, Amy still followed him until ZERO showed up again. Amy and Birdie tried escaping ZERO, but it soon caught them and took them to the Egg Carrier where they were locked up. There, Gamma came to collect Birdie, but Amy refused to hand him over and instead pleaded him to release them. When Gamma could not understand Amy's devotion to Birdie, Amy pitied his lack of emotions, but in a surprisingly twist, Gamma chose to free them. Seeing that he was a good robot, Amy gave Gamma her friendship and fled with Birdie.

Sonic Adventure [2/2]

While escaping, Amy and Birdie briefly were taken into the past by a mysterious light where they saw Tikal have her first meeting with the Chao and Chaos at the Altar of Emerald. Continuing their escape, Amy and Birdie came across Eggman, just as Sonic and Tails came to her rescue, who grabbed Birdie from Amy and took a Chaos Emerald from his pendant. Gamma was then sent to eliminate them, but Amy got Sonic to let Gamma go before he destroyed him. As the Egg Carrier began to lose altitude, Amy was taken back to the ground by Tails, though not before advising Gamma to stop following Dr. Eggman. Arriving in Station Square, Amy discovered from Birdie's pendant that he had a family and decided to help find his siblings which was in Dr. Eggman's captivity. As their search took them to the Egg Carrier's remains, Amy found Birdie's family, only for ZERO to suddenly show up and hurt Birdie. Enraged, Amy finally destroyed ZERO and tended to Birdie, who recovered and happily flew off with his family. As Amy left the Egg Carrier, she resolved to make Sonic respect her. Later, Amy returned to Station Square, which had been destroyed by Perfect Chaos, a powerful creature who sought to destroy the world. After Perfect Chaos released the seven drained Chaos Emeralds, Amy found one and brought it to Sonic, while her other friends brought the other six. Through their caring for each other, Amy watched Sonic use the Emeralds' positive energy to become Super Sonic and defeat Perfect Chaos while neutralizing his evil.

Sonic Adventure 2 [1/3]

In Sonic Adventure 2, Amy heard that Sonic had been arrested by the military and imprisoned on Prison Island, so she traveled there to rescue him. There, Amy met Shadow the Hedgehog and initially mistook him for Sonic, but soon realized her mistake and saw that he was with Dr. Eggman, who had come to steal the islands' Chaos Emeralds. As Amy was cornered by Eggman, she was saved by Tails whom she joined up with to free Sonic. With Tails' help, Amy found Sonic's cell and heard from Sonic that he was imprisoned because of Shadow, whom Amy recognized. Telling about Shadow and his allegiance to Eggman, Amy freed Sonic using a key card she stole, before chasing after him as he left. When Prison Island then began to explode, Amy, Sonic and Tails escaped it in time. Because of her involvement in Sonic's escape, Amy was made a target of G.U.N. As the trio went to Central City, Amy, Sonic and Tails saw a broadcast from Eggman, where he revealed the Space Colony ARK and displayed the Eclipse Cannon, powered by six Chaos Emeralds, by blowing up half of the Moon, before demanding world control within 24 hours or he would fire the cannon at earth. Just as Tails had an idea of tracking Eggman, the police arrived, forcing Amy and Tails to go into hiding while Sonic distracted them. As Tails and Sonic planned a way of finding Eggman radio, Amy and Tails met Knuckles whom Amy literally dragged into their adventure. After locating Eggman, Amy and her friends found Eggman's base with Knuckles' help where they expected to find a space ship that could take them to the ARK so they could destroy the Eclipse Cannon. Inside the base though, they were ambushed by Dr. Eggman and his Egg Golem. While Sonic took care of the Egg Golem, Amy and the others got themselves a space shuttle.

Sonic Adventure 2 [2/3]

While en route to Space Colony ARK, Knuckles attempted to take control of the shuttle when a stray asteroid released his Emerald Shards, causing Amy's team to crash on the ARK. Onboard, however, Amy was left behind by Sonic and Tails while they left to destroy the Eclipse Cannon. No sooner, Amy was taken hostage by Dr. Eggman who demanded Tails' Chaos Emerald in exchange for Amy's life. Sonic arrived to fulfill the barging, but Eggman knew they were trying to give him a fake Emerald so he trapped Sonic in a capsule set to explode. As Amy received Sonic's goodbyes, his capsule was shot into space and exploded, leaving Amy grief-stricken. After Tails beat Eggman (though they still lost their Chaos Emerald), Amy and Tails heard Sonic, who survived the explosion, over the radio and they watched him destroy the Eclipse Cannon. As Amy reunited with everyone though, it was revealed the Space Colony ARK was now on a collision course with earth. Everyone then saw a recording of Gerald Robotnik announcing to the world that the ARK would crash into the planet and destroy it as his revenge at the world for the death of his granddaughter, Maria. Banding together with Eggman, the group came up with plan of using the Master Emerald to deactivate the cannon's core, which was powered by the seven Chaos Emeralds, to stop the Space Colony's crash course.

Sonic Adventure 2 [3/3]

On their way, Amy was left behind, but then came across Shadow, who wished Maria avenged as well, and begged for his help. Through telling him that humanity was worth saving and deserved to be happy, Amy made Shadow remember that Maria wished for him to bring hope to humanity and got him to join them. After stopping the Chaos Emeralds though, the Biolizard became the Finalhazard and kept the ARK on its collision course. Amy soon after provided advise to Super Sonic and Super Shadow over transmissions as they beat the Finalhazard. After Super Sonic and Super Shadow then brought the Space Colony ARK back into orbit, Amy found Sonic returning alone, informing them that Shadow had seemingly died in the fight. As Amy tried to talk with Sonic about Shadow's death, the group all decided to head back home to earth.

Sonic Advance

In Sonic Advance, Amy joined forces with Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles to stop Dr. Eggman from obtaining the seven Chaos Emeralds. Over the course of their adventure, Amy and her friends recovered the Chaos Emeralds before Eggman, who they chased to the X-Zone. After they defeated the Egg X, Amy, Tails and Knuckles returned to earth while Super Sonic faced Eggman in a final confrontation on the moon. There, they awaited Sonic's return, but grew confused when he did not show up. A few days later though, Sonic finally returned.

Sonic Advanced 3

In Sonic Advance 3, after the earth was split into seven regions by a massive Chaos Control induced by Dr. Eggman, Amy met Sonic and her friends in Toy Kingdom. There, Amy thought Sonic would ask her out (while threatening him with her hammer), before joining their mission to restore the world and stop Eggman. Amy overjoyed at Sonic's return Traveling across the different regions, Amy and her friends eventual recovered the seven Chaos Emerald and had Cream join them. Along the way, Amy also faced Dr. Eggman's newest creation, Gemerl, a rebuilt version of Emerl. Eventually, Amy and the others made it to the Emerald Altar where they beat the Hyper Eggrobo and used the Master Emerald to return the world to normal. Later, Amy and the others found Sonic after his battle with Ultimate Gemerl where she was brought to tears of joy. Shortly after, Amy following Sonic out on new adventures.

Sonic Heroes [1/2]

In Sonic Heroes, Amy had been without contact with Sonic for a month. Making little progress on his trail, she almost gave up when she saw Sonic's picture in a newspaper. Excited, Amy went to the publishers to ask where the picture was taken when she met Big, Cream, and Cheese, who revealed they looked for Froggy and Chocola respectively, both of whom appeared with Sonic in the newspaper picture.[17] As they pondered on their only clue, Amy nearly lost it to a breeze, but her friends got it back. Regrouping, the quartet then set out to find their friends, forming Team Rose. As Team Rose took their search to the coast, they were attacked by Dr. Eggman and his Egg Hawk, but they defeated the mech and made the doctor retreat. Following her heart's hunches, Amy led her team to Grand Metropolis where they, after escaping the Power Plant, found Team Sonic. This time, Amy confronted Sonic about Chocola and Froggy while telling him that he wont get out of marring her, but Sonic managed to use the fight to escape Amy and her team. Though depressed that Sonic got away, Amy came up with the plan of finding Eggman and thereby finding Sonic. As Team Rose searched for the doctor, Eggman appeared and attacked them with his robot horde, but Team Rose destroyed it. When they reached Rail Canyon, Amy's team-mates picked up on Froggy and Chocola, and they headed to Eggman's base where they met the Egg Albatross which Amy lead her team into battle with to impress Sonic. After the fight, however, Amy discovered, much to her anger, that the Eggman they fought was a copy and Froggy and Chocola were nowhere to be seen. With Amy suspecting Eggman was behind Froggy and Chocola's disappearance, Team Rose left to find Eggman to save their friends.

Sonic Heroes [2/2]

Team Rose's search eventually took them to the jungle where they met Team Chaotix. Amy initially turned Vector down when she thought he was asking for a date, but when Team Chaotix demanded Cheese, the two teams ended up fighting. When Team Rose reached Hang Castle, Amy had to push her team onward when they were scared by their surroundings. After they escaped from Mystic Mansion, Team Rose were met by Eggman. Amy confronted him about having been the one to take Chocola and Froggy to which he mockingly replied that he did. He then attacked with his robot horde, but Amy's team still defeated it. After that, Team Rose traveled to the Egg Fleet to find Eggman's main fleet, the Final Fortress. Once they got there, Team Rose defeated Eggman in his Egg Emperor in a final confrontation. Though their opponent turned out to be another fake, they found Chocola and Froggy in its remains and had a happy reunion. Meanwhile, Cream spotted Sonic, prompting Amy to chase after him. Not long after, Team Rose, Sonic, Chaotix and Dark united to see Neo Metal Sonic reveal himself. As it turned out, Neo Metal Sonic, who had been impersonating Eggman, was the true kidnapper of Froggy and Chocola and the one staging the teams' adventures so he could copy their data for a plan to conquer the world himself. As Neo Metal Sonic transformed into Metal Madness, the real Dr. Eggman saw the teams had collected all the Chaos Emeralds and got the idea of using the Emeralds against Metal Sonic. Amy and her team then volunteered to stall Metal Madness with the others while Team Sonic prepared the Chaos Emeralds. Despite Team Rose's efforts, Metal Madness transformed into Metal Overlord, but a super transformed Team Sonic then arrived and defeated him while Amy watched on. After the battle, Amy resume her chase after Sonic, saying goodbye to her team while doing so.

Shadow The Hedgehog [1/3]

In Shadow the Hedgehog, Amy joined Sonic and several of her friends in battling the Black Arms, who had begun invading earth, and would try convincing Shadow to join their cause. She appears in Shadow's Hero Missions.

Shadow The Hedgehog [2/3]

At Cryptic Castle, Amy discovered Cream and Cheese had not returned from the castle and therefore headed out to find them. On her way, she met Shadow and asked for help to look for Cream and Cheese. In the Hero scenario, where Shadow accepted Amy's request, Amy and Shadow managed to find both Cream and Cheese. Later, Amy came to Shadow's aid when the hedgehog was attacked by Dr. Eggman and his Egg Breaker. Eventually, the two destroyed Eggman's battle mech and collected one of the Chaos Emeralds that Shadow had found before being interrupted by Eggman.

Shadow The Hedgehog [3/3]

In the last story, Amy, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Rouge, and Dr. Eggman found Shadow and tried to stop him from giving the Chaos Emeralds to Black Doom, the Black Arms' leader. Black Doom however, took the Emeralds and used an enhanced Chaos Control to transport the Black Comet to the surface, planning to use humans as energy sources for his kind. Shortly after, Amy and her allies were paralyzed by a special nerve gas and Black Doom unleashed the Death leeches to prey on them. However, it turned out Shadow was immune to the gas and he left Amy and the others behind as he went to stop Black Doom. Soon after, Amy and the other got out of the Black Comet and found some shelter from where she and the others cheered Super Shadow on as he fought and defeated Devil Doom. After Super Shadow sent the Black Comet back into space and blew it up with the Eclipse Cannon, Amy was positive Shadow had survived when Rouge worried about it, before joining her friends for a laugh as Knuckles furiously chased Eggman around.

Sonic 06 [1/2]

In Sonic the Hedgehog (2006), Amy was out looking for Sonic once more, and had tracked him to Soleanna. During the night, Amy found Silver the Hedgehog, who she believed was Sonic, and hugged him, but quickly realized her mistake. When Amy learned however that she had made Silver lose sight of someone he was looking for, Amy promised to help Silver find that person, despite his protest. Prioritizing her own search first, Amy had Silver help her find Sonic, though Silver was not interested at first. Following Sonic's trail, Amy and Silver found him in Soleanna Castle Town, but to Amy's shock, Silver attempted to kill Sonic, who was actually the one he had been looking for. However, Amy stopped Silver before he could land the final blow, allowing Sonic to escape. Confused, Amy heard Silver explain that Sonic would soon destroy the world, but Amy told him that was nonsense and that she refused to believe this, declaring that she valued Sonic's well-being more than the world itself, and left Silver in anger. Amy later resumed her pursuit for Sonic and infiltrated Dr. Eggman's base in White Acropolis during her search. When she attempted to flee when she realized the danger present, however Amy met Princess Elise as she was escaping from Eggman's captivity, and assisted her by rescuing her from the base. Later, out in the free, Amy realized who Elise was when they introduced themselves and that someone had helped Elise beforehand. Amy took this as a sign that Elise was in love with that person, and encouraged her to pursue that love, and wished her good luck before escorting Elise to safety.

Sonic 06 [2/2]

Later on, Amy met up with Tails and Knuckles in Soleanna Castle Town when they were suddenly caught in a spatial distortion created by Solaris and sent to End of the World, where they were united with Shadow, Silver, Rouge, E-123 Omega and Eggman. There, Amy found Sonic and Elise, and was heartbroken when she discovered that Sonic was dead, having been killed by Mephiles the Dark to remake Solaris. With Solaris preparing to destroy time and Amy crying over Sonic's passing, however, Elise sensed that Sonic's soul was still among them, which made Amy and the others set out to find the Chaos Emeralds to bring Sonic back to life. After Elise revived Sonic as Super Sonic, Amy wept at his return and supported him as he, Super Shadow and Super Silver took off and defeated Solaris. When Sonic and Elise then ensured Solaris never came to exist, time was reverted, resulting in the events and memories of the adventure being erased and Amy to be returned to where she was prior to these events.

Sonic Unleashed

In both the Xbox 360/PlayStation 3 version and the Wii/PlayStation 2 version of Sonic Unleashed, Amy once again pursued Sonic. She eventually found him in Spagonia at night, where she was quick to hug him. As she took a look at Sonic, however, she could not recognize him due to him being in his Werehog form. Believing him to be a stranger, Amy apologized and ran off, inadvertently depressing Sonic. Not long after, Amy was forced to dance with some people possessed by Dark Gaia's Minions, but was saved by Sonic and Chip, but before Amy could get a look at Sonic, he fled. She soon after met Professor Pickle and had him tell her everything about Sonic. After learning about Sonic's new form, Amy met up with Sonic and told him that he was still him to her despite his look. From there, Amy followed Sonic, Tails, Chip and Prof. Pickle in their mission to restore the earth after Dr. Eggman had broken it apart. While Sonic and Chip were gone on adventures, Amy would help Pickle with his work and await their safe return. When Pickle later moved to his research facility in Shamar, Amy came with. Later, after Sonic and Chip went to fully restore the planet by sealing Dark Gaia, the creature behind the planet's shattering, Amy and Pickle saw the sky turning dark. As Pickle recognized this as Dark Gaia's act to destroy the world and despaired, Amy had unwavering faith that Sonic would save them. As Amy predicted, the world was soon after returned to normal thanks to Sonic and Chip when they defeated Perfect Dark Gaia. With everyone celebrating, Amy shorty listened to Pickle's reflection on the meaning of Light and Dark Gaia before deciding to prepare a "coming home" party for Sonic with Pickle.

Sonic Prime [1/2]

On another occasion, Amy would assist her teammates in battling a horde of Badniks, led by an automated Eggman mech, the Eggcrusher. Realizing that the Badniks were sent by Eggman as a distraction so the doctor could fight Sonic himself, Amy and Knuckles advanced upon the Eggcrusher, only for it to be defeated by Sonic before they could reach it. Suspecting Eggman's actions involved locating the legendary Paradox Prism, Amy and her teammates would meet at the top of a large Loop, and discus their thoughts on Eggman's scheme, preparing to strike. Amy would observe the scene of the fight from the Tornado, along with her teammates, minus Sonic, who had left to collect Rings. As Amy and Tails believed Eggman was hiding at the top of the mountain behind a suspicious cloud (in reality created by several Caterkillers), the team would fly to the top in the Tornado, confronting the doctor. Having noticed Eggman's drilling operations for the Paradox Prism in Green Hill's mountain. The team, (minus Sonic) advanced on the cavern, and fought the initial wave of Badniks. Amy and the team would sarcastically greet Sonic once he returned, exclaiming his tardiness. Amy and her teammates would proceed to battle the remaining Badniks, only to be interrupted by Sonic's accidental shattering of the Paradox Prism, an action which displaced Amy and her teammates across dimensions in the Shatterverse. Her alternate counterparts are: Rusty Rose from New Yoke City, Thorn Rose from Boscage Maze, and Black Rose from No Place.

Sonic Prime [2/2]

When Green Hill is finally restored, the timeline resets to a point before the Prism incident. Sonic arrives and sees Amy and his other friends fighting Eggman's badniks. Amy is weirded out when Sonic hugs Eggman's mech. She appreciates Sonic's plan of sticking together during the fight. Amy fights alongside his friends and defeat Eggman. She is surprised to see Shadow in the cave. Later on, Amy is seen relaxing on the beach with Tails and Rouge. An explosion ruins their picnic, as something big in the sky comes near them. Amy and the others are determinated to fight back, and they all run into battle.

Sonic and the Black Knight

In Sonic and the Black Knight, Amy had managed to make a date with Sonic, but when the time came for it, he did not show up. When Amy met Sonic later, he explained he had been on an adventure in the world of Camelot. However, Amy believed Sonic made that up as an excuse for forgetting their date before proceeding to chase after Sonic and attacking him with her Piko Piko Hammer.

Sonic Colors

In the Nintendo DS version of Sonic Colors, Amy, after going on a long time without seeing Sonic, managed to track him to the Aquarium Park on Egg Planet Park. Upon finding Sonic and Tails, Amy was overly excited to see him again and asked him to complete a mission for her entertainment. After Sonic finished it, Amy noted it was "dreamy" and asked Sonic to marry her, causing Sonic to ditch her and leave her with Tails. When Sonic completed her mission with excellence, Amy began planning her honeymoon with him, only to notice he had run away. Later on, Amy found Big and had him help her find Sonic, despite that Big was looking for Froggy. Once they found Sonic, Amy asked him to do another mission for them as entertainment while they rested from their search. After Sonic was done, Amy decided to have a picnic with him, believing they were certainly on a date despite Tails commenting that they were in the middle of Eggman's base.

Sonic Generations

In the console/PC version of Sonic Generations, Amy attended and helped prepare Sonic's surprise birthday party. As the party started, however, the Time Eater suddenly appeared. Amy was then sucked into one of the Time Eater's Time Holes and ended up in White Space, where she was turned into a statue due to the Time Eater's effects. Amy after returning to normal. Eventually, Amy was returned to normal by Sonic and Classic Sonic. When the Sonics confronted the Time Eater, which was revealed to be controlled by Eggman and Classic Eggman, Amy arrived at the battle with the others and cheered on both Sonics, allowing them both to transform into Super Sonics. When the Sonics defeated the Time Eater, Amy and the others were sent back to the present, where Amy enthusatically celebrated the Sonic's victory, sending Knuckles into a tree in the process. Continuing the celebration from where it left off, Amy later waved goodbye to Classic Sonic and Classic Tails when they returned to the past.
