Bob Velseb
Bob Velseb was a serial killer who first appeared in It's Spooky Month. In his first appearance, he attempted to kill Lila, but was distracted when Skid reminded Lila that it was spooky month and she gave him candy. He started doing the Spooky Dance and then Jack and John immediately arrested him. He later returns as the main antagonist of Tender Treats. Bob had escaped from prison three years later (after the events of Its Spooky Month) and resumes what he started by stalking Lila. He first stands outside Lila's house smiling menacingly before managing to get inside and attempts to kill her again throughout the episode. He ends up failing and then goes to kill Skid and Pump, although he doesn't succeed here either, and then Jack and John shoot him and finally kill him. It is later shown in a childhood photo of Lila and Jaune that Bob was originally a cook and butcher, and seemed friendly and sane, leaving the reason why he became a murderous cannibal unknown, and the only thing that is revealed is that he apparently had a fixation on Lila, which led him to target her twice. but now after supposedly ''dying'' and being taken to the hospital to check his body, he manages to return and flee from Hay to be able to follow it with his slaughter of people to supply himself with human flesh every year, especially on the approaching Halloween. in this history.
