Pell is a tall man with a purple line under each eye running down the sides of his face that are still visible in his hybrid form. Under his clothes he is quite muscular and has two large scars (from the bomb explosion). He is 1.89m tall and 35 years old.

Personality.

Pell is a calm and very understanding man. He has a lot of patience, and he had to put up with Vivi's whims when she was little and he often carries Vivi on his back. He's also quite wise. Like his companion Chaka, he would give his life for his kingdom.
