Kaname Tojo

Kaname was the first person to go by the stage name HiMERU, before his half brother took his place.

Despite being related, Kaname and HiMERU did not know of each other for a majority of their lives. It was not until Kaname's first year at Reimei Academy that their father reached out to HiMERU and told him of Kaname's existence.

Kaname's appearances in-game thus far has been set two years prior to the current timeline. His current appearance is unknown. In his first year, Kaname was observed to look nearly exactly as HiMERU does now, having an average build with smooth, light blue hair, cut slightly above his shoulders, and yellow eyes. Kaname's appearances only show him wearing the non-special student school jersey and the school uniform. The Reimei Academy jersey is black with the Reimei symbol on the left breast, with matching black pants. He wore his jersey unzipped, with a light grey v-neck shirt underneath it. The Reimei Academy uniform consists of a white button up shirt, a tan suit jacket with a black collar and the Reimei symbol on the left breast pocket, a red striped tie, and red plaid pants. Kaname wore the first two or three buttons of his shirt undone, and the suit jacket's two buttons done.

Kaname's present temperament is unknown due to his condition in the hospital. In his first year, Kaname was seen to be rather prideful. He valued his status, and often flaunted it to others. He acted much like a spoiled child, looking down on others who were less fortunate than him. Others (notably HiMERU) have described Kaname as "mentally weak", this shows through Kaname's clingy nature towards those he likes and trusts. It is not uncommon for Kaname to see an idealized version of those he loves, and trust them unconditionally. It has lead to poor judgement and actions on his end; seemingly as if he had not thought through the situation himself. After losing his status as a Special Student and befriending Tatsumi, Kaname's behaviour changed and he quickly lost his prior air of superiority that he imposed on himself; rather than acting as a spoiled child he acted like an idealistic child. However, these qualities manifest elsewhere, such as a newfound superiority and resentment towards Special Students who have wronged him in the past.
