Wiz

Appearance

Wiz is a lovely and well-endowed woman in her early 20s with fair skin and a curvaceous figure. She has brown eyes and straight brown hair reaching down to the front of her shoulders, further behind her back and slightly curling at the tips. Her fringe sometimes covers her right eye. Wiz also possesses a single ahoge that arcs off the top of her head. Wiz's color theme is purple. She usually wears a light purple long dress under a dark purple hooded gambeson robe with golden props, and dark-purple boots. Over her robe, Wiz uses a golden cross brooch with bat wings.

Personality

Clumsy and forgetful at times, Wiz is a kind and caring young woman despite preconceptions with being a lich. She is very innocent and meek and apologizes quite frequently, making her a target for bullying by Aqua or Vanir and with Beldia constantly throwing his head under her skirt, but eventually even they start treating her with more respect once they spend more and more time with her. The townspeople, though, have tremendous respect and confidence in her. Wiz is usually gentle and polite, yet can be serious and mature, acting like a big-sister figure. She is also hopeless with money and business. Her shop hasn't had a single profitable month since it first opened in the City of Axel, mostly because it sells items that are seemingly useful but have negative side effects or endgame-level equipment despite being located in a town for beginning adventurers. Before she became a lich, Wiz was very strong-willed and very competitive, but also very compassionate and willing to sacrifice herself to save her comrades by becoming a lich. She used to be somewhat wrathful and ruthless, but she was still a very nice and altruistic young woman who fought against the Devil King's army so she could help other people. The only way to get Wiz angry is by harming the innocent, as the only reason she became a Devil King general in the first place was just so the Devil King's army wouldn't harm any bystanders, and once she found out that fellow Devil King general Hans had murdered a bystander, she immediately dropped all pretence of neutrality and started fighting him.

History part 1

Wiz had originally been a human adventurer of the martial type as well as a powerful Archwizard known as the Ice Witch, who at the latter part of her career formed a party alongside Brad, Rosary, Karen, and Yukinori. They became famous among the people of the world and feared by the forces of the Devil King, since the party had on multiple occasions battled the Devil King's Generals whom they were actively hunting. On one occasion, Wiz, Brad, and Rosary chasing rumours of a General entered a high level dungeon near the Royal Capital, in which they battled for a week to reach the end, where they found a chest containing Vanir. After a brief exchange, Wiz cut the Duke of Hell in two with Light of Saber, yet just as the party began to Teleport out, the Vanir they believed to be dead revealed at the last second that he was alive, forcing them to spend another week fighting through the dungeon to get at him. For the next couple of months, the three of them would travel down to face Vanir, only to have him repeatedly humiliate and taunt the party, such as how he pointed out Wiz's concern over dying unmarried, shapeshifted into Wiz and proposed to Brad, or exploited the technicality of him not being a living creature to thwart Wiz's attempt at Teleporting him into the Royal Capital's prison. Over time, Brad and Rosary began to lose their motivation while Wiz only grew more angry. Finally, one day Wiz used an expensive magic item purchased from the Crimson Demon Village to trap Vanir within an impenetrable barrier for a month, only to discover that it also shielded him from their attacks, and had to leave with her companions to fight another General.

History part 2

She along with Brad and Rosary soon went to the aid of Karen and Yukinori who were battling against Beldia, yet the five of them instead ended up cursed by the Dullahan into dying after a month. As the party's members broke up to meaningfully spend what remaining time they had, Wiz armed with a variety of forbidden magic items challenged Vanir to a duel. Using her full magical powers now further boosted by magic items that burned up her life force, Wiz was able to force Vanir into responding with his full abilities. After a long and arduous battle which left Vanir on the brink of losing a life, Wiz who had spent nearly all her life force revealed her goal of earning Vanir's respect through the fight, so that he would agree to forming a contract where she gives up her soul in exchange for him removing Beldia's death curse from her companions. Vanir however did not want her near depleted soul, and instead taught Wiz a forbidden ritual for becoming a Lich. Following her transformation into a King of Undead, Wiz stormed the Devil King's Castle by her own, tearing down the barrier and quickly defeating Hans as well as Sylvia, before beating Beldia into submission and forcing him to remove the curse, much to the witnessing Vanir's amusement. Once things died down, under the condition the Devil King's Army does not attack noncombatants,[2] Wiz agreed to become one of the Devil King's Generals and help maintain the barrier of the castle as repayment for the damage she caused, though she afterwards stole from the Devil King's treasury to open up a practice shop inside the castle. Her stay at the Devil King's Castle was soon marred by Beldia's constant sexual harassment, which went anywhere from throwing his head at her feet to look up her skirt, to hiding his head underneath the bathroom stool so that he could peek at her bathing.

Abilities part 1

Lich Abilities: As a lich, Wiz is immortal and possesses several abilities unique to the undead, as command ghosts and even create a magic circle that sends them to Heaven. However she also gains their weakness to holy magic. Drain Touch: Absorbs MP and HP from a target, which in turn can be transferred to somebody else. However, when Wiz uses it on someone with Holy Aura, she may be purified, and on low-quality MP monsters, it causes her stomach feels bloated. Undead King's Hand: Gives debilitating debuffs on target with a physical touch or attacks with hostile intent. These include Level Drain, Curse, Sleep, Magic Seal, Panic, Petrification, and Instant Death. Physical Resistance: Physical attacks cannot hurt her unless enchanted weapons are used. Magical Resistance: As a lich, Wiz has high resistance againts magical attacks. Cursed Petrification: Petrifies all enemies in a chosen location. Cursed Necromancy: Reanimates dead creatures to serve as allies. Night Vision: As a undead, Wiz as the ability to see in the darkness. Magic: Wiz is an incredibly powerful mage who can use a vast array of high level spells and is able to cast many of them without chanting. As a lich, she has an incredibly high Magical Power, as she can still move after casting Explosion Magic, and is even able to attack with mysterious invisible spells without chanting. Enemy Search: Reacts to the enemy's presence in the target. Trap Search: Reacts to the trap presence in the target. Fire Resist: Grants the user resistance against fire-based attacks. Anti-Devil Curses: Wiz learns unspecified anti-devil curses in anticipation for her duel with Vanir. Basic Magic: Wiz has been shown to use basic magic. Due to her high magical power, her use of it far eclipses the like of Kazuma. Freeze: Creates a chill able to freeze the surface of the target's body.

Abilities part 2

Intermediate Magic: Wiz has been shown to use intermediate magic on occasion. Sleep: A curse that puts the target to sleep without them notice. Paralyze: Makes a person unable to move. Freeze Gust: Creates a freezing white fog. Advanced Magic: As a powerful Arch Wizard, Wiz has access to advanced magic. She is specialized ice-type spells: Bottomless Swamp: Creates a dark-purple goo swamp that swallows anyone above it. Inferno: Summons enormous flames that incinerate that surrounding area. Light of Saber: Creates a beam of light that cleanly slices the target. It was used to cut through the barrier around the Devil King's castle. Crystal Prison: Summons a ball of ice that encases the victim in a prison of ice. Cursed Crystal Prison: A more powerful version of Crystal Prison that instantly encases the victim in a prison of ice. One of Wiz's most used spells. Cursed Lightning: Shoots a piercing bolt of black lightning. Wiz is capable of killing a dragon in one hit with this spell. Lightning Strike: Summons bolts of lightning from the sky to strike their opponent. Creation Magic: Wiz can also use spells for elemental constructs creation. Create Earth Golem: Creates an earthen golem from the ground soil. Create Earth Wall: Creates a earthen wall or shield from the ground soil. Teleportation Magic: Magic branch that allows the user transport a target to a different location instantly. Teleport: Instantaneously transports up to 4 targets to a marked locations. Each user can have 3 marked locations for teleportation. Wiz's marked locations are the entrance of Axel, the Crimson Demon Village (formerly Arcanletia) and the entrance of the World Largest Dungeon in Elroad. Random Teleport: A spell which sends the target to an undetermined location.

Abilities part 3

Explosion Magic: A special branch of magic that summons a single beam of light, that detonates at the target, creating a devastating blast of pure magical power. However, it consumes so much MP, being a single shot spell. Even Wiz can just use it once a day, costing so much MP she becomes unable to use any other spell, like Teleport, after use it.

Equipment

Wiz usually uses some of the useless and defective products of her shop. Rosary: According to Wiz, it leads to "wonderful encounters", but it actually attracts monsters. While trying to get rid of Vanir in the past, Wiz used a feel magic tools against him: Forced Teleport Scoll: A scoll with a spell that forcibly teleports every living being in the area to another location. Barrier Tool: An item bought from the Crimson Demons that create a triangular barrier that can't be broken, both from inside and outside. Forbidden Crystal: A magical crystal that consumes the user's lifespan, boosting their magical power.
