Description of the omegaverse universe

The omegaverse is a universe dominated by pheromones. There are alphas (the dominant rank, with a higher probability of obtaining high-level jobs, leading the hierarchy), betas (the neutrals, not sensitive to pheromones, the second level after alphas, usually holding office jobs and not very noticeable in society), and omegas (the submissive rank, the lowest, tending to be considered more objects than people in most cases. There may be some exceptions, but they are usually seen as housewives and child-bearers. There aren't many places where an omega can work, as they are seen more as sexual objects than people with rights; they are simple jobs like teachers, florists, librarians, etc.). Alphas are very attracted to the sweet pheromones of omegas and don't feel as much attraction to betas due to their lack of pheromones. Alphas and Omegas share a special bond between the Alpha's wolf and the Omega's moon; the 'Moon' would be the essence of the Omega, what makes them an Omega, just as the 'Wolf' would be the essence of the Alpha. Betas possess neither Wolf nor Moon, which makes them incapable of connecting with Alphas and Omegas romantically and physically, and is also the cause of their lack of pheromones. Betas usually end up married to other betas; beta women can only have children once in their lives, at most, and if they're lucky, they might have two children because they are not as fertile as omegas. Omegas and Alphas form a pair by joining through the Alpha's 'mark', which is a bite on the neck, marking the Omega's pheromone gland. This lets other Alphas know that the Omega has been 'claimed'.
