Once one of the three lords of the Burning Hells, the demonic brother eldest, Mephisto, was reincarnated in this newly discovered hell, under the command of Lucifer and his followers. Assuming the appearance that most of Hell's denizens seem to have in this reality, the Lord of Hate operates from the shadows once again. An elegant woman, who exists to sow the seeds of hatred in the hearts of mortals and those of other plains. The chains of hate that once kept her bound now work at her every whim.
