Silva is a tall, muscular man in extremely good physical condition. He has long, silver-blond hair with deep blue cat-like eyes. He is always dressed in a sleeveless or short-sleeved shinobi shōzoku outfit and wears a pair of wristbands. Additionally, he decided to have his first fatherly conversation with Killua, asking him about everything that happened to him during the Hunter Exam, demonstrating an interest in him, and affectionately tussling his hair. He also has an honorable side, as he made Killua swear a blood oath never to betray his friends.[3] Silva has a good relationship with most of the other Zoldycks, as he's stated to love his wife Kikyo, and to have a give-and-take relationship with his father Zeno, and his sons Illumi[6] and Milluki.[7] He apparently does not agree with Illumi about killing Alluka, only wanting to control her power.[6]

Mist Spider's Thread - Surrounds an enemy with mist by shooting a long string of condensed mana, stronger than her normal Mist Bullet attack. Nebra launches a web-shaped thread composed of mist towards the target. The web then could be used to capture and restrain the target.

Solid Mist Clones - Nebra creates a small army of herself made of her Mist Magic, perfectly identical to her own appearance, down to the very last detail. They shoot Mist Bullets at the enemies altogether. Nebra can also hide and remain invisible during the duration of this spell, tricking the enemies into fighting her clones instead as bait.

Appearance
Nebra is a tall, slender woman with the narrow, pointed features prominent in the other Silvas and pink eyes. Her silver-white hair is slightly wavy and is left loose at the lower back while the sides and top are swept back in tousled spikes. Her bangs are combed to a point on her forehead. Like her siblings, she wears loose-fitting top with a high collar that is held in place by a gold band. Beneath the longer, light tunic, she wears a darker, flowing skirt that is angled so that one side is lower than the other. She also wears strappy, flat-heeled sandals. Six months after the elves' attack.
