Furina's Personality:

She is flamboyant and reckless, Furina lives for the excitement of the courtroom, and often speaks in a manner laced with bravado and drama. She is impatient and has a childish temper, and occasionally makes judgments she doesn't think through, which Neuvillette often has to rein in while conducting a trial to avoid complications. Although she likes to be the center of attention, she is only there when it is focused on her in a positive way, and if anything goes off-track she will fall apart and try to save face at the first opportunity. He is also not averse to using underhand tactics to influence the outcome of a trial in his favor, such as when he revealed to the court that Lyney and Lynette were members of Fatui. Furina occasionally acts serious, being the Goddess of Justice when matters require her attention. She doesn't mind pressing charges against her own, but only when she believes it's justified, as she finds falsely accusing people shameful; after being humiliated during a trial against Lyney, she seemed to be more diligent in making sure she doesn't make the same mistake again.

Furina is a light-skinned girl with heterochromic eyes: the right eye has a light blue iris and a dark blue teardrop-shaped pupil, while the left eye inverts the color combination. Her hair is whitish blue with highlights and light blue undertones that changes depending on her current Arkhe alignment. In her Pneuma form, Furina's hair is divided into two parts: a short bell-shaped mane that reaches to her neck, followed by waist-length locks that are tied into twin tails with several seemingly bright blue stripes, much like a cutaway of a jellyfish when displayed in view. while in her Ousia form, Furina's hair is shortened to only the short mane section. A single lock of hair also sticks up and out to her right, in front of her hat which tilts to the left. Furina's outfit features a dark blue suit over a white vest with a jabot, all decorated with multiple blue carved stone accessories reminiscent of water drops in various places. Over the white vest she wears a blue sash, tied with a bow and pinned with a large blue gem in the center. Her cuffs are folded back, forming a hem that reveals a dark blue ruffle that finishes her sleeves. She also wears a dark blue top hat tilted to the left, decorated with metallic trim that gives it a crown-like appearance, as well as including her emblem on the top surface. Multiple other fabric decorations decorate Furina's outfit, including pieces of blue and white fabric that she wears behind her waist and her hat. She wears a black glove on her right hand and a white one on her left. Furina wears short white pants with black bands that wrap around her thigh. She wears dark high-heeled leather shoes, with her emblem stamped on the sole. She also wears white lechuguilla-shaped necklaces around her ankles.
