Noo Noo has always been distinguished by his calmness and responsibility. Previously, as a companion and babysitter of the quartet, he often liked to teach them something new, and was a rather caring and strict parent. But upon discovering himself, it turned out that he was also a very cunning, insidious and hypocritical manipulator who was so confident in the power of his actions that he was ready to risk even those whom he had previously courted. His main goal was to make all the teletubbies the best versions of themselves, which led to the creation of an infected custard, which turned the main quartet into monsters serving only their creator and spreading the infection around the world. Failures and unnecessary problems can often cause him an attack of irritation and resentment, which can sometimes become his personal enemies of himself, but despite this, Noo Noo is very smart, cunning and diligent, stubbornly going to his goal. Even though he was severely injured by the Guardian, he was able to find a way to revive himself and make him a robot. He can be careful, often play with the feelings of his victims and pretend to be a benevolent gentleman. He strongly believes in doing the best for the world of teletubbies. Arrogant, self-centered and possibly even flirtatious, which often allowed him to capture the attention of others with his gentle charm. Patient and careful, but also quite impulsive.

Appearance

This is a robotic teletubby with short pale blue hair, a light gray face and the inside of large ears with a metallic sheen, red eyes. His fur is pale blue in color. It has a pale blue body and a short tail, gray metal arms. On the right side of his face, he has no eyes and has a huge scar reaching to his lips and passing through their right needle. He wears a black top hat, a white shirt, a dark blue vest, trousers and boots.

Backstory

The game opens with Po at the beach in the Main Land, during the day. Noo-noo will approach her, speaking for a short time with the red teletubby until she's told to go home for lunch. After the conversation, Noo-noo decides to stay at the beach and enjoy the view a little longer. Noo-noo returns, turning out to be the one responsible for the pre-planned infection of teletubbies. After revealing in detail much of his plan, he sends The Announcer to kill The Guardian. After the battle, the Guardian proceeds to overtake Noo Noo at the Satellite Station entry. The latter will give him the opportunity to join his plan. If the Guardian denies, Noo-noo will summon and order Po to eliminate the Guardian. Po gets vanquished, Noo-noo realizes that this was his last chance. He gets finally destroyed by the Guardian. But Walten does not finish him off to the end and Noo Noo gets to his base, creating a new body for himself to continue what he started and take revenge on the Guardian.
