Oochi Fukuchi

Mind: cunning, snide, very smart, a good strategist.

Character: Fukuchi is represented by an extremely eccentric, cheerful and somewhat simple man, prone to noisy behavior and sudden actions. Nevertheless, in situations that require a serious approach, Fukuchi shows himself to be a good leader and a determined, brave person. As Kamui Fukuchi still retains some signs of his second personality, however, he expresses bitterness that his espionage skills have become weak over the years, while also acknowledging that his drinking was a form of stress relief. He also hates it when his hair gets thinner. Fukuchi also expresses relief that he no longer needs to hide his true identity when the plan for the "Death of the Celestials" is completed. In Kamui's personality, Fukuchi acts like a ruthless soldier

Appearance: A tall, middle-aged man with spiky blond hair with a few stray strands falling over his face. There are three scars on the right cheek. He also has an upward-pointing mustache.

Clothing: a plain white suit designed for prisoners in the Mersault prison.

Likes: booze, music, delicious food, his mustache.

I don't like: the war, mentions of his age, frogs, potatoes.
