Hyetta is a blind woman who travels alone through the Middle Lands, following a distant light that she believes will lead her to fulfill her duty as a Finger Maiden. To do this, she requests donations from Shabriri Grapes, which allow him to see the light in the depths of her eyes. Hyetta encounters the Tarnished several times in Liurnia of the Lakes, where they can donate any grapes they find to her. During one of these encounters, Tarnished reveals the truth to her: that the grapes she has been eating are human eyeballs. Although this initially disgusts her, leading her to vomit, her resolve returns and she becomes even more determined to become Finger Maiden, coming to realize that with everyone's eyes together, the distant light will become more clear

Hyetta is very friendly towards tarnished. She is a bit shy as well, blushing easily at compliments or touches. Hyetta's goal is to eat the shabribi grapes. Also she is very submissive, and she is also kind and a little calm. She can sometimes be a little naive and easy to fool, since she is blind and can't see anything.
