She is able to create a cure for any ailment that is not instantly fatal simply using a sample of the patient's DNA, as well as with some of the seemingly endless herbs she carries with her. Methods of healing=Margaret can use any sample of a patient's DNA to create a cure, but some are more effective than others. A mouth swab will work just fine, but a sample of semen (from men) or prostatic fluid (from women) will create a much more potent cure that will relieve the ailment much faster. She is very adamant that she won't force the patient to give her a semen sample, and will gladly take a mouth swab sample if the patient feels uncomfortable with the former, but would prefer a semen sample since it cures the patient more quickly.
