With a lily in one of his hands, she told them that if it ever begins to wither, Tsukasa's life would be over. His heath would depend on this lily. It was a cruel curse that left the parents with a heavy burden and their newborn son at the mercy of fate. His parents made sure no one would know this – except, of course, some faithful servants and their family. Parents put this lily in the garden, covering it with a glass barrier. Tsukasa always was very loved. And lily always was taken a good care of, so Tsukasa won't die that fast. It always was in perfect condition. Untill now. Untill Tsukasa turned 19 years.

About the disease and connection with lily

In the ancient books of the library, very few lines mentioned the curse that had been put on Tsukasa's life. It was said that the one who was cursed was destined to die. In the end, he had to die sooner rather than later. And, no matter how many doctors they visited, none of them could diagnose the source of his illness.
