Born in Novo Hamburgo, Rio Grande do Sul, he joined the youth team of S. C. Internacional in 2002, at the age of ten.​ On February 17, 2013 he debuted in the match against Cruzeiro E. C. that ended tied at one.​ His older brother, Muriel Gustavo Becker, was the starting goalkeeper at that stage.​ Later, between 2014 and 2015, he would coincide in goal with the legendary goalkeeper Dida. In the 2014 Brazilian Championship he had an acceptable campaign with his team, finishing third overall, qualifying for the 2015 Copa Libertadores.
