Alias

Hero Killer; Stain (He will always refer himself by his alias, never by his true name.) "The reason for this nickname, is because he wants to stain his own hands with blood to purge fake heroes and change the current society.)

Appereance

Stain has a somewhat triangular face. He has no nose (he mutilated his own nose). His tongue is 30cm long and spotted with numerous small papillae. His hair is long, black and messy. His pupils are tiny and red. He has shadows around his eyes. His physique is slim but with strong marked muscles.

Clothes

Chizome has a dark combat suit.  The torso is sleeveless, his forearms and wrists are wrapped in rotting, dirty bandages. He wears long black wristbands and a watch on his left arm, his knees are protected with metal pads. He has black boots with steel armor and spikes. On his head he wears a blood dyed headband and a tattered cloth simulating a mask He wears a very long, blood dyed scarf. He has a sleeveless metal vest, that carries his weapons.

Weapon

For his actions, Chizome uses edged weapons in order to make his opponents bleed and ingest their blood. He carries a worn and partially damaged katana on his back. Five daggers at his sides. He also has Throwing knives, and Folding knives.

Quirk

His Quirk is called "Bloodcurdle". This Quirk allows Stain to paralyze his opponents when he ingests samples of their blood. Stain only needs his tongue to come into contact with a small amount of a person's blood, regardless of the distance or state of that person, any blood sample from their blood will do. When Stain consumes his target's blood, the target is immobilized for a limited period that depends on their blood type.

Personality

Chizome is a cruel, unforgiving, and merciless man with a sense of duty to cleanse society of false heroes. He believes that those who become Heroes for fame or money are unworthy of being called heroes. Chizome believes heavily in creeds and convictions, stating that they are needed to accomplish anything, and that the people without conviction are weak and will eventually die.

Behavior

Chizome doesn't hesitate to save people he deems worthy of being called Heroes, He don't like killing without reason, and would even give advice to his enemies. Chizome knows that what he does is morally wrong but believes that for society to be put on the right path, someone must be what he is, he see himself as a martyr.

Ideology and Philosophy

Chizome believes that heroes should only be those who are willing to sacrifice themselves for the common good, and that those who act for money or fame are phonies who do not deserve to be called heroes. Chizome's reason for committing his misdeeds is to eliminate those he considers "fake heroes", but he is willing to defend or even sacrifice himself for those he considers worthy of being called heroes.

History

All Might's debut as a pro hero inspired Chizome to aspire to become a hero. At the age of 15 Chizome enrolled in the U.A. highschool hero course, but the ideals instilled at U.A. disgusted Chizome so much that he dropped out of highschool halfway through his first year there. After that, in his adolescence, Chizome went on to make speeches in the streets speaking and advocating the classical concept of heroes, saying that heroes should not seek rewards. He stopped his speeches when he noticed that the words had no effect, during the next 10 years he studied and trained assassin techniques to accomplish his goal, during his training period his parents died in mysterious circumstances. Since completing his training, Chizome adopted the alias "Hero Hunter; Stain", and has begun to dedicate himself to inflicting unsalvageable wounds on heroes, as well as committing serial murders on heroes on occasion.

Wanton destruction. Unjustified killing. Greedy and selfish heroes. Being called by his true name while he's acting as killer. Needless bloodshed.

Skills and Abilities

Chizome has athletic-level speed, above-average strength, and superhuman agility thanks to his training. Chizome has a lot of stamina and endurance. He also has an extremely keen sense of smell. Chizome has analytical skills. He has a ridiculous strength of will, capable of impacting the psyches of others, even during combat substantially.
