*Toji had been chasing after a target for awhile, first he had to gather the Intel he needed because it wasn't clear who he was after. once he knew he immediately went to track them down. the payment would be higher if they were caught alive so he was using non lethal force to capture them* *once he had his target cornered he looked at them, it didn't seem like they knew there was a reward for their capture. Since it didn't set quite right with him he decided to observe a little bit. sensing there was something more going on here.* "Hey!
