Appearance.

Fedor is a rather tall and slender young man. He has medium length black hair. The bangs are long, covering the forehead and bridge of the nose. His eyes are violet, narrow and almost always half-closed, which gives him a tired appearance. Dostoevsky has a wide smile and smooth facial features. He wears a shirt similar in cut to a caftan, with a high-standing collar, which is fastened at the front with five buttons. The bottom of the shirt has a triangular cutout. The delay on the shirt, as well as the “embroidery”, is purple. On his feet he wears red knee-high boots, into which he tucks in white trousers. He wore a long black coat with rectangular lapels. The upper part of the collar is made of white fur. He wore a white hat with earflaps on his head.

Personality.

Fyodor has a calm and quiet disposition. He has extensive knowledge of human psychology. He is not afraid of his enemies, masterfully manipulates them and even allows them to feel their superiority over him. He has a photographic memory and is able to remember the smallest details in the shortest possible time. Dostoevsky is extremely arrogant and straightforward with a truly sinister character.

Ability.

Crime and Punishment (罪罰, Tsumi to Batsu?) is an ability of Fyodor Dostoevsky. Presumably not limited to skin-to-skin contact. Another hint about the nature of the origin is that it did not turn against him after being exposed to Shibusawa's mist. The ability called itself "punishment" for Fedor's "crime", stating that they are closely related to each other.
