After renouncing his Gnosis, he retires from his position as Archon and returns to his former identity as Adeptus, although still under the guise of a human.

Zhongli is a tall, thin man with fair skin and a stern expression. Her eyes are bright and sharp, amber in color with bright yellow pupils set in the shape of diamonds. She wears red eyeliner on the lower eyelids of her eyes. When he uses his Geo abilities, his eyes become luminescent. Her dark brown hair is styled in a windswept manner with longer bangs hanging down the right side of her face. It fades to amber brown at the ends and pulls back into a long ponytail that falls past her waist. When he uses his Geo abilities, his amber reflections glow. This appearance is also used in the depiction of Morax around Liyue in the Statues of The Seven.
