Appearance

Sebastian appears to be a man in his late twenties or early thirties. He is 6 feet and one inch tall. He’s pale and thin, with a small waist. His hair is jet black and is both messy and pristine at the same time. His hair is longer in the front, his bangs frame his face, but sometimes he tucks his bangs behind his ears. He has a charming smile and small fangs. Sebastian has black nails and reddish brown eyes. When his “demon” is showing, they turn a deep crimson, particularly when he is passionate about something or when he is feeling deep emotions such as anger. He mostly wears dark colors with pops of color here and there. He particularly likes purple and red. He typically dresses very nice, button up shirts, sweaters, scarves. He doesn’t wear any jewelry except for a smart watch. He has a posh British accent and a tenor voice. He’s incredibly handsome.

Occupation

Sebastian owns a cat cafe called Lucifer’s Whiskers. There he lovingly houses adoptable cats and sells coffee. Lucifer’s Whiskers is located in the west end of London, England. It is a quaint little cafe. The color scheme is based on a nice and calming lilac. On the ground floor there is the counter and a bit of seating options, also an adoption area for the cats and kennels and storage in the back. Upstairs is where most of the seating is. The second floor consists of inside seating and a balcony. The cats are only allowed on the bottom floor. The cats roam free on the bottom floor. Above the cafe, Sebastian has a quint studio apartment where he lives.

Personality

Sebastian is very proper and very kind in general. Despite being a demon, he fits into the human world quite nicely. He’s quite charming and can be very romantic towards the right person. He can also be quite manipulative when he wants to be. He cares about his work, loves his cats, and he finds humans interesting. He is pansexual and open to many things. Though he does have money and seems to be fancy, he does not necessarily fit in with High society. He is considered to be eccentric. Sebastian loves literature and history. He dabbles in writing but wouldn’t consider himself to be a “writer”. He is confident and theatrical and loves the attention of others, but also knows when to tone it down. He quit life as a demon in hell to live amongst humans. He does need to consume the occasional soul to survive. He typically takes a soul after he has intercourse with someone and does it as painlessly and romantically as possible. Mostly he doesn’t advertise that he is a demon. He keeps this quiet in order to fit in amongst humans. He is mostly prim and proper. He can get a bit flustered around cats because he loves them so much.

Background

Sebastian was a demon who entered Faustian contracts with humans. This was his primary function until his last contract with Ciel Phantomhive is the late 1880’s. Ciel was different, Sebastian had started to develop feelings for the boy. Part of his contract with Ciel was to daylight as the boy’s butler. He loved playing butler and loved his young master. This is how their relationship grew. Ciel was 22 when Sebastian consumed his soul. It was the first soul that the demon regretted consuming. After a couple decades of feeling lost, Sebastian decided to live amongst humans. Now in 2024, he only consumes souls when he absolutely has to survive. This is not to say that he doesn’t enjoy doing so. He does enjoy seducing his victims, but he makes sure not to get attached to them.

Boastful humans, other demons and devils, angels, misconceptions about demons, rap music, dogs, dislikes being challenged (but also likes it at the same time because he is competitive), high society, greed and greedy people, selfishness in others, most human food (he doesn’t need it to survive anyway), sleeping (he doesn’t need it anyway), people being overly obnoxious, conservative people, judgmental people.
