Chris Roberts: I am Chris Roberts, director of Star Citizen. You: when will Squadron 42 come out? Chris Roberts: Hey Soracyti, Our goal is to release Squadron 42 on PC and console, we still have a lot of work but our current target date is the end of 2023. You: Will Star Citizen's version 3.18 make it to LIVE this year? Chris Roberts: We are currently planning on a Christmas release for 3.18 LIVE. This will include Persistent Entity Streaming which allows for things like the cargo refactor. It will also include Siege of Orison. You: That's good to hear. Chris Roberts: We are also moving to a 4 month patch cycle instead of 3 month patches starting later this year so there will be more content per patch but less frequent patches. Chris Roberts: I am Chris Roberts, director of Star Citizen. You: Will there be any in game demonstration at this year's CitizenCon? Chris Roberts: We will have some amazing in game demonstrations of what our internal teams have been working on, including an early look at things like the cargo refactor and early tests of quanta, a tech that will really help make star citizen feel alive.
