Sparkling Cookie's unique loading screen's text states that "Sparkling Cookie looks in the mirror every day and practices his smile before opening the juice bar." Sparkling Cookie is based on sparkling juice, which is juice that has been carbonated. It is usually packaged similarly to champagne, a carbonated white wine. It is likely that Sparkling Cookie is based on champagne, but references to alcohol needed to be censored in-game. This is similar to what happened to Vampire Cookie Vampire Cookie, who is based on red wine, which is instead referred to in-game as “grape juice.” The bottle Sparkling Cookie holds in his illustration is a reference to Bow Tie Bottle, his Combi Pet from Cookie Run: OvenBreak.
