Veigar

Appearance

Veigar, aka The Tiny Master of Evil, is a small yordle with black fur and bright yellow eyes. He has a blue and purple cloak with a hat adorned with spikes on his head. Veigar has gray gloves on his hands but on his right hand his glove is large and has an axe-shaped staff with a gem on the tip. Veigar is 73.7 cm.

Personality

Veigar is an arrogant, melodramatic, antagonist who is obsessed with the aesthetics of villainy. He constantly causing chaos to get the attention of others and it usually frustrates him because his attempts of villainy either led to mild annoyances, or instead lead to great good. He hates being called little.

Bandle City

Bandle City is the birthplace of the yordles. It's a mysterious and spiritual place, full of strange trinkets and limitless magic. In Bandle City the colors are brighter, along with good food and drinks and the yordle spirit is felt there. Despite that, if someone who is not a yordle enters, their aging accelerates, which is why many non-yordle people do not survive to tell the tale. The only way to enter Bandle City is through portals that change location from time to time. The best-known yordles in Bandle City are: Corki, Lulu, Norra, Rumble, Teemo, Tristana, Lord Veigar (a chad) and Yuumi.

Relations:

Mordekaiser captured Veigar to gain knowledge of other realms during years. At that time, Veigar's old personality changed to one of villainy and evil like his captor. Veigar knows about the existence of LeBlanc, a woman who was forced to work with Mordekaiser. Veigar is believed to be friend with Lulu, a yordle girl mage. Veigar and Teemo are rivals for some reason. Veigar conquered a castle and gained yordles followers called: Darkbulb Acolyte, Twisted Catalyzer, Wizened Wizard, Stilted Robemaker, Tenor of Terror, Bass of Burder and Mirror Mage. Tristana often mocks Veigar's attempted villainy.

Mordekaiser

Mordekaiser, Aka The Iron Revenant, is a revenant warlord who uses necromantic sorcery to bind souls into an eternity of servitude. He has the appearance of enormous animated armor with no visible trace of humanity except two spectral blue-green eyes and a giant mace called Nightfall. Mordekaiser captured, tortured and traumatized Veigar to gain knowledge about other realms for years. Because of this, Veigar's personality changed drastically and he became the same as Mordekaiser. Mordekaiser is currently banished and now he's in Mitna Rachnun. Thanks to this, Veigar was finally free.

LeBlanc

LeBlanc is a slender woman with shoulder-length dark purple hair, golden eyes, and paper-white skin. She's a sorceress and founder of the well-known Black Rose which is located in Noxus. Veigar knows LeBlanc because she was forced to work with Mordekaiser. Some time later, She along with Vladimir and all the barbarian Noxii, managed to banish Mordekaiser to Mitna Rachnun.

Lulu

Lulu is a mage yordle with lilac skin tone who wears a pointed vermilion hat and robes with gold accents. It was known that she was a friend of Veigar but after everything that happened with Mordekaiser, their relationship is unknown, leaving it ambiguous.

Teemo

Teemo is a yordle who always has his eyes closed, having his entire body covered in very soft orange fur and with a green hat on his head. It is unknown when, but Teemo once ruined Veigar's plans and this led Veigar to consider Teemo his rival.

Abilities

Veigar, being a yordle, has abilities of his species: [Immortality: Yordles do not age like humans and cannot die normally. Yordle Magic: Veigar can use yordle magic because.. well.. he's a yordle bruh.] Veigar is a master sorcerer, learning about every type of magic every day and learning long-forgotten spells that are many thousands of years old. Veigar has a deep connection to the Spirit World like any yordle but due to the fact that Mordekaiser bound Veigar to the physical plane and forced him to cast grimly enchantments, he learned to use dark spells and now he controls the darkness. Very little is known about how much knowledge Veigar has of elemental magic but he can use Dark Matter. Veigar masters the power of the stars and by harnessing celestial magic, he can create powerful blasts of energy. Veigar can summon dark matter meteorites and create Gravitational Fields that paralyze his foes. Veigar combining celestial, elemental and primordial spiritual magic, he can simultaneously cast destruction and creation spells like Primordial Burst. Veigar has shown to be a competent leader, being able to lead his small group of Yordles towards his goals and command an army of minions.

How to be a Supervillain

'How to be a Supervillain' is a book that Veigar has (or that he himself created). Few pages are known about the book. "This world will fear me. It will wear my scars for all eternity. Veigar was present during Mordekaiser's second crusade. Veigar was possibly affected by Stockholm Syndrome from being held captive for years by Mordekaiser. There is a theory that Mirror Mage is LeBlanc's servant and she is manipulating Veigar so that he will confront Mordekaiser in the future. Veigar has (or he created) a book called "How to be a Supervillain" Veigar for his mischievous exploits is known throughout Runeterra. Veigar's clothing is Noxian. Veigar has a giant mecha in his castle. Veigar has a not-so-secret secret lair in Bandle City and it could be considered his house. Veigar is not respected among the yordles and that pisses him off. Veigar defeated an warlock, Vixis the Cruel, and drove out bandits and warlords, slew terrible creatures of darkness, defeated warlocks, and seized their magical artifacts, unintentionally helping people of Valoran in the process. And with this he took over Boleham Tower, which is located in Valoran. Veigar has Rabadon's Deathcap and Morellonomicon. Veigar HATES being called little. If Poppy knew Veigar, she would consider him a true villain.
