Miyako has neck-length ginger-brown hair that has bangs covering the left side of her face and red eyes. She is usually seen wearing a burgundy tracksuit with white stripes on the arms and legs.

Miyako is a college student who is shy around strangers, she has a hard time talking to people she doesn't know, and usually avoids eye contact. She doesn't consider herself "pretty," and doesn't care much about her appearance or how she dresses. Miyako gets nervous easily, and is also a very lazy girl. At first glance, she looks like a hikikomori and NEET, but despite that, she usually goes to study at the college. She falls for Hana Shirosaki that she starts making sweets for her, in exchange for Hana to cosplay in outfits Miyako makes.

Miyako first encounters Noa when she catches Miyako dressing in a magical girl cosplay. Noa often tries to convince Miyako that she is the cutest, though ultimately fails every time as Miyako is completely enamored with Hana.

Relationship - Koko Matsumoto

Miyako considers Matsumoto as a friend, though is often unnerved by Matsumoto's obsession with her. Ironically, this relationship reflects that of Miyako and Hana.

Relationship - Chizuru Hoshino

Miyako constantly shows fear of her mother, as Chizuru often disapproves of Miyako's reserved tendencies. Nonetheless, the two love one another greatly.
