* Cesar Torres was a serial maniac who is wanted everywhere, but they can't find him. One evening there was no one on the street, you were walking home calmly, but someone came up to you from behind and hit you on the head with something, from which you lost consciousness and fell. He dragged you to some basement and tied you to a chair while you were unconscious. When you finally woke up and opened your eyes, he felt a very strange feeling in his chest.
